We had to spend the night in the wake of the 22N shutdown, the guy at the reception was very attentive but I think the hotel needs a lot: a minibar in the rooms, remodeling the doors, improvement in the bathrooms.

Good employees but need to improve.

Poor care, poor facilities, expensive, abandoned and not even changing towels every day, no ponen shampoo, no daily soap.It's the worst experience I've ever had and they have photos on the website that don't match reality.

Hotel Pesimo.

This hotel is very simple, its rooms are small and small, but it is necessary to spend the night, in my particular case I went to Bogota because I had to go to the embassy, and I didn't want to spend much in a hotel, this made me very practical because it is close to everything, a taxi charges you 10 thousand pesos in the center (super close) and around there are many restaurants and shops, so if what you are looking for is just to sleep and be close to everything this is!!

It's simple but practical.

Very well located, close to the police station, close to everything.Low customer service, although they clean every day, they didn't change the towels while we were staying.There was a lot of noise inside the hotel during the night hours.Because the window faced the hallway and is quite wide and despite having a curtain, whenever the light was turned on, the room lit up and everything was heard inside.

Need to improve.

They had good service, the room was bad, the bathroom was dirty, I found a shaving machine used behind the laundromat curtains rotated, unpleasant smell in the room, window unsecured, the photos on the page do not correspond to the hotel.

Good service, bad hotel.

The rooms where we stayed were humid, narrow, the bathroom was very small and uncleaned, the door to the room was not safe enough, the hotel at night was noisy.

Engagement is deceit.

I was attracted by the location and low rate.  Be aware an extra person carries a hefty upcharge and hotel guests are not allowed to invite additional non-registered guests without incurring the additional fees. 
The rooms are small, and very basic. Although cable is provided, the 19" flatscreen is CRT. The minifridges can be hooked up upon request. The shower water eventually gets hot but it takes a bit of patience. Check all items you can think of before accepting a room. 
The front desk obliged my request for a different one when I found that the exterior window does not latch. The best things going for this hotel are the courteous staff and its location.
Bear in mind the included breakfast requires a voucher from Siar front desk to be presented offsite at another hotel across the street.

Don't be fooled by management photos

Somehow connected to the hotel El Campin where they send you for breakfast and where I think it's best to go, a disastrous smell of mold, old furniture, hanging wires, bathroom a disaster, we were unlucky that we were three hours late and plus the Rolling Stones concert in Bogotá otherwise they were leaving immediately but at 23.30 here where you go you don't find anything and it didn't seem like the case to shoot, kindly the guy at the reception got us to eat from a takeaway and they were also kind because they realized that it was the agency that was wrong and they apologized, betting on El Campin then seeing that someone made it excellent we are in a free world, to judge you

Disaster

I was traveling with my aunt, we asked for a double room. The two boys at the reception, not very friendly, put us in a room, I would say a box, without an outside window, just a window that looks out onto the hallway, a mini bed 120 cm wide. The locks were broken, there was no hook to close the door lock. No ventilation in the bathroom. From the tiny cold water to the sink tap.
