I would like to thank the whole team for making our staying as smooth as possible. Especially thanks to Jonathan for his personalized service, a person who does know how to make things possible. Also John, and of course Diana and her amazing breakfasts and kind words in the morning will make your day. Beside that nice and spacious rooms and a great location. Looking forward to come back soon again.

Great service, amazing people, nice rooms, great location

104 Art Suites is basically an apartment style hotel.  My room was the size of a comfortable one bedroom / one-and-a-half bathroom apartment.  The room had a small patio.  Exceptional windows that allowed sunlight to shine brightly in the living room, kitchen and bedroom.  And, there is even a small patio.  The fireplace is a nice touch although I never used it.

All things such as window blinds, TV, hot water, kitchen stove, oven, refrigerator, etc. worked perfectly.  Flying fast internet clocked at 75Mbs both upload and download.

The hotel staff could not be any nicer!  They are kind and attentive to any requests.

Pros:  Plenty of space.  Stylish.  Clean. Great service.  Location. Location. Location.

Cons:  Many of the towels were so old they had holes in them same with bed sheets / covering.  

While 104 Art Suites is not a full service luxury place, it offers long-stay travelers a home style feel for a fair price.

Spacious apartment style room and great service

The staff were very nice and helpful. On the first evening I complained that the mattress was too hard. Next morning it had a pillowtop on it. We needed and iron and within half an hour we had an iron and ironing board. Lady making eggs at breakfast very pleasant as were the maids.

Hotel is in a safe area of nice similar properties and upscale apartments. Close to Farmatodo, Carulla and a host of restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and it was plentiful and always good.

Only negatives was the bed had legs that were basically blocks of wood at each corner. A real toe killer so be careful. Room on 3rd floor a bit noisy but was very nice and warm. Need to put a larger soap in bathrooms and our room had alighting in the bathroom that made it hard to shave or put on makeup. Room had an electrical wire glued to the wall with caulking and a few small details that take away from what is an otherwise splendid little hotel.

I will stay there again in the future without hesitation.

Great staff and location

I arrived at the hotel as an expat with my wife, and we I booked for a beautiful apartment with extremely beautiful view, windows from kitchen to Livingroom and bedroom, a balcony and GYM. And when we arrived none of those were actually true. They should treat us as VIP clients since we were booked for a month, by one of their biggest housing accounts but that was not the case.  We really hate the room they initially give to us. I talked with sale director and he offered me to verify my booking with the company that arrange the temporal housing, but he says the room we originally choose might generate additional cost at is not available until 10 more days. 

The service was the worst I ever experience, and I use to travel a lot to Colombia so I’m aware of how they are, the front-desk guys were always very rude, they comply about policies I never sign, and I was not aware of them, the only person that was kind with us was the lady who clean our room.

At the end we were relocated to another hotel, by the same price, as beautiful as we request, with awesome view, GYM, Laundry. Where we were treated like expat deserves.

The room was not what we booked

If you want to choose a great location to stay in Bogota, this is it. You'll have a park in front of the hotel, and great restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. Excellent breakfast and they even make eggs the way you want them. I got a delicious cappuccino every morning. The staff is very helpful and always trying to accommodate to our needs. We like the modern style of the hotel and the family room with two bathrooms and a kitchen was a plus. Overall we loved our stay in Bogota in this wonderful hotel.

Great place to stay with family

Very large spacious room. Great for entertaining or receiving space from your partner! 

Two bathrooms, a lounge and a mega bath (that takes over an hour to fill).

The room showed significant signs of wear and tear (yellowing bath, peeling paint, uneven laminate floor and stained surfaces).

The breakfast was unimpressive with limited options (no museli available).

Limited english languages skills for the front desk staff.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment in nice quiet neighborhood.  10 minute walk to TransMilenio  BRT stop for easy transport to main tourist attractions.  5 minute walk to full service Carulla supermarket.

One downside: Mattress very hard.

We stayed one mth at the hotel and the staff made us feel very welcomed and at home. When it was my birthday the front desk receptionist “ Dany” organised a memorable day with a home cooked breakfast, with birthday cake including decorations for our room.

The room was comfortable with 1 full bathroom and an extra toilet which came in handy. The cleaning ladies especially “ Yaqaline” did a great job and always left the room clean.

It was a pet friendly hotel with a park opposite the hotel which was fantastic for both the kids and your pets.

Carulla - supermarket was a couple of blocks within walking distance where you could find all of your needs.

During my staff if I needed anything “ Dany” would use his meticulous organisational skills and make it happen. 

On my first morning I told “ Dany”that I liked an expresso in the morning and after that day I was welcomed with my morning expresso. A great detail that “Dany” told the restaurant staff and made sure I received.

On my day of departure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule due to “ Dany’s” diligence in organising my transport from the hotel to the airport as well as helping with my 8 suitcases. 

I recommend this hotel for its efficient, friendly staff and location.

Welcoming stay

This is a very affordable boutique hotel.  Exceptionally clean.  Wonderful and helpful staff dedicated to making your stay memorable.  The room was colorful, had a private and very quiet outdoor porch, refrigerator, and small ice maker.   Breakfast was included and delicious.
