This company (LagoMar) won't give you back your security deposit on check out. Their appartements are filthy and not well equipped at all. The building "Nuevo Conquistador" in Cartagena is dangerous and not suitable for anyone. Elevator never work. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. 

Worst experience ever

STAY AWAY. Booking.com score is FAKE. They will cancel your reservation on bookings.com so you can’t review there. 

The property manager in charge of renting these out, Rosalba is rude, snarky, and has terrible attention. The apartments are in shambles. Terrible service too.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They cancel your booking.com reservation so that you are unable to leave a review. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ROACHES, AND UNCLEAN APARTMENT!! This is a property management company in a condo building that is also unclean and disorganized.

We arrived in Cartagena at 12AM and the reception almost gave us the wrong key to our room because this pathetic, useless, management company gave them the key to another apartment. Luckily the condominium reception is nice and found a key so we could at least use the AC. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THEY TELL YOU! 

Please do not give this poor excuse of a company any business and take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Llegamos a Cartagena a las 12 AM y la recepción casi nos da la llave equivocada de nuestra habitación porque esta patética e inútil compañía de administración les dio la llave de otro apartamento. Afortunadamente, la recepción del condominio es agradable y encontró una llave para que al menos pudiéramos usar el aire acondicionado. ¡TAMBIÉN TE COBRARAN MAS DE LO QUE TE DICEN!

Por favor, no le dé a esta pobre excusa de una empresa ningún negocio y lleve el dinero que tanto le costó ganar a otra parte!!!

You make the reservation by booking and then cancel it, when you arrive you are charged more than initially agreed. There are lizards and cockroaches in the apartment, on the last day we found cockroaches in the fridge. Mrs. Rosalba and the girl Dayana came into our apartment when we were not there. It is in a very good location, but I do not recommend it at all as the staff who attended us leave much to be desired.

I do not recommend it.

If you sell us some fake photos and the fake number of an Apto studio for 4 people. They sell it as Lagomar Cartagena but it is the Conquitador Building one of the most neglected and dirtiest in the Lagito. Please don't waste the money, DON'T believe that there is a Lagomar is the CONQUISTADOR pure and typical. They don't provide clean saunas, or towels. The lavatory, shower and table are rotten, they haven't been repaired in years.

They are called 'Edificio Conquistador' Booking.com should check before offering them.

First of all, it really bothers me that everything seems to have to be just business and want to make some money. The building as such is old and even though it is well located, the beach in front of it is extremely dirty. When we arrive, our host, La Señora Rosalba, makes it clear that in order to check in ahead of time and save the bags we had to pay, ultimately we do not accept it because it seemed a little unfair that they charge for the bags. After 15:15, we enter the apto. They do not have towels, something I did not notice in the reservation confirmation, taking into account that it is an element that is always answered when you make a reservation.

An antipathetic hostess.

They never rent lake and sea apartment in a bookstore, misleading, horrible, dirty, small advertising, nothing to do with the photos, I steal the gun, they take advantage of the tourists.

Band of thieves

I had reservations for 6 people, the first week of July.On arrival, the hotel was very dirty and with a presentation that nothing compares to the photos posted.They don't have internet access in most rooms and it was noted that there is certainly no air conditioning in the rooms.Advertising totally manipulated.The photos at all are what they really are...Don't take this into account, please.

Bad service, scammers, after paying for the entire apartment, locked us up and wouldn't let us in until we gave them $200,000 more than ever before, taking advantage of the tourist, thieves and liars, bad service, but want to have unreserved problems with these people...

The worst unreserved apartments are single-family apartments.

I came with my family booking an apartment online.On arriving at the hotel we were told that we would not have simple accommodations as we ordered in the reservationvion.we charged 50 dollars more and accepted because we were desperate for the fatigue of the trip.The next day I also received an email from the booking operator, that the hotel communicates the cancellation of my part of the reservation.....practically a scam on both sides.The hotel is not very nice or very clean.The beach located near the hotel is very ugly.The apart hotel does not offer any service.My opinion: avoid it.
