For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Special check-in instructions
This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 1 days prior to check-in. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. Valid passport or ID are accepted.

Know Before You Go

• If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

Fees

• Airport shuttle fee: COP 95000 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Pet fee: COP 80000 per pet, per night
• Rollaway bed fee: COP 70000.0 per day
