For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Reservations of 5 or more rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional supplements may apply. Once the reservation is made, the hotel will contact guests with more information. For stays from January 1, 2023, all residents in Colombia and all non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) to the accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If a person subject to paying the tax and another person who is exempt share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. Para estancias a partir del 1 de enero de 2023, todos los residentes en Colombia y todas las personas no residentes que permanezcan en el país 60 días consecutivos o más deberán pagar el impuesto nacional sobre ventas (19 %) al alojamiento durante su estancia. Los ciudadanos extranjeros con visado de turista están exentos del pago de este impuesto. Si una persona sujeta a pagar el impuesto y otra exenta del mismo comparten habitación, la tasa se podrá aplicar a toda la habitación.
