For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Please note that if you are travelling with children of 17 years of age or younger you will need to show the birth certificate, a valid ID with photo and/or passport of the minor. If you are not the parent of the minor, you must show a certificate signed by the parents authorizing the travel.
