Excellent location...very close to the beach and the shopping area...the room has good air conditioning...but the bed, mattress and sheet are very damaged...and the bathroom sounds horrible when you open the shower and the water gets stuck....I don't recommend it.....the people who take care of it are unpleasant....except don Lim..who is very kind....the breakfast is just one option....

I almost forgot what other people have mentioned, but unfortunately it's like this. As someone said, the worst hotel I've ever visited. Because of the proximity to the beach, it's cobran, but for the place it's super expensive. The sink mattress is soft, looks damaged, the shower floor and dirty laundry, the dirty walls, no changing towels. The noise is impressive, everyone speaks out loud no matter if it's 1 AM or 6 AM, you're supposed to be resting.

There's nothing left to improve.

The photos that the hotel places on the hotel pages are NOT REAL, unfortunately let me be fooled, the hotel is dirty, nothing like the photos, since the moment I got out of the taxi I felt robbed, the night is very expensive for what the place is, really dirty, no restaurant service, no option to heat water if you need it, the refrigerator of the room is oxidized, the smell of beds and towels is terrible, there is nothing safe in the rooms, privacy is zero, bathrooms full of mushrooms, it was a week with horrible nights.

Take care of yourself!!

This hotel in the photos looks comfortable and clean, but it's actually a disgusting, old, all-roasted cottage.The breakfast is outside on the street and the lady alone is there from 8 to 9 a.m., with only one meal option every day.You don't change the towels or have towels every day.No and beach towels.

It's a very bad hotel, for that price you can get something much better, the bathroom walls and curtain are full of mushrooms, dirty saunas, no receptionist, you get a key and you have to do self-service, dirty saunas, the daily layout reduces to trapping the bathroom and folding the sauna so you can fix the bed yourself, oil the humidity, we minimize the rooms, only the bed and a night table can fit, the photos they put up don't match the reality of the place.

I'm going to be in a good place.

It's a small hotel but the rooms are comfortable; it's in a very central location a block from the beach and in the middle of the island's trade, the cleaning was adequate; the girl who attended us was very attentive.

 Excellent location

A simple, well-located and specific hotel for those who don't care much for comfort. Right on arrival, the first disappointment, since we had warned that our flight was delayed, was that there was no one at the reception waiting for our arrival. The reception only works during business hours. Outside of that time, there is a phone at the door to call the person in charge. In our case, we were without a number from Colombia and a couple who came down, ended up helping us. Positive points: Location Cleaning Room Size 2 Bathrooms in the bedroom Negative points Room preservation (two bathrooms that exist inside the room had leakage) In one of the bathrooms the vase had no WiFi cover.

Very nice apartment hotel staff. It has a good facility, inside the center of the island and very close to everything on the island. I stayed in this apartment and really enjoyed it. Clean and simple room but with everything you need for a stay instead of a beach. Clean air conditioning, good cable TV, private clean bathroom, although the shower is a canoe format. They don't change the bedding, although it was clean and scented at the entrance. The owner of the apartment hotel is very nice and always willing to help and assist in the tours on the island. They don't have any breakfast, but they have many places around to have coffee without worry.

Simple and well located.

My stay at this place was pleasant especially because of its proximity to the main beach of San Andrés! accommodation with the basics that one requires and above all I liked the security of this place quite a bit, as only the guests have a key to enter. Total accessibility by the attendant, as unfortunately I checked in later than usual and received me without any problems. The only thing I would add is that it would be incredible to have a space to offer breakfast.

 Cercanía adequate

The location of this apartment style hotel is excellent.  Only 1 block from the nice beach on the north end of the island.  That is what you are paying 100 USD for.  And the staff are very nice.  Beyond that, I would not stay here again.  Notes below.

1. We stayed in room 206, which is the room with 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds you see in the pictures.  The entire side of the room is single pane glass over a busy street.  This means it gets very hot from the sun and is extremely noisy.
2.  The AC did work, but is undersized.  The room was still warm all the time.
3. The bathroom drainage didn't work correctly and there was some backflow from the floor drain.  Icky.
4.  There is no hot water.
5. There is no shower head, just an open pipe.
6. You need 2 keys.  One for the outside door and one for the room.  A pain if you have  multiple people.  You have to unlock to get in and relock with the key every time you come in and go out.  Not convenient.
7.  No breakfast and no restaurants that serve breakfast in the area.  Just a shop or 2 that sell convenience items and snacks.
8. When you arrive you will have to call one of the numbers on the outer door since you can't get in without a key. If you will check in after 6 p.m. (when the staff leave) be sure to arrange it ahead of time or you will be locked out!

The good things:
1. Easy access to the beach and beach restaurants.  5-10 min walk up the beach (easterly direction) is the center where you find many restaurants, the dance clubs and lots of shopping.
2. There is a nice movie theater on the street (8th floor of a building) that is low priced.
3. You can rent a scooter or golf cart right up the street.  Convenient if you want to circle the island or visit more remote areas of San Andres.
4. The WiFi worked fine in the room.

Would not stay here again.  There are better options in the area.
