However, it is the typical boutique hotel in which the owner/manager believes that by offering rooms and a swimming pool is enough and the employees who leave the cargo are not really trained in hospitality and believe that they are at home.Then they order a plate to the room and send it with spoon (no fork and knife) and no napkins.The staff during the bridge that I left was insufficient, so breakfast is delayed a lot because they make one and the employees do it if they listen to them or talk about personal topics.

Absolutely wonderful stay!
I travel quite a lot and may say that this is a little gem. Located at a 5 walk from the town square. The room was very nice, airco also great. Great view over the mountains when sitting at the pool.
Absolutely enjoyed the pleasant and helpful staff.
Most of all I enjoyed the food. It’s exceptional since I chose not to eat outside of the hotel once, since it could only become disappointing.
Breakfast is a la carte and for very reasonable prices you can get lunch and dinner. Very recommendable and would gladly return here.

Fabulous stay

It is a small, very well located boutique hotel, with new and very comfortable facilities.It is more suitable for adults, children would not have space or entertainment available.The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are very clean, pleasant.

Very good hotel.

I want to inform you that the hotel canceled our reservation the same day that we were traveling on a Wednesday of Holy Week, and that's because we called to find out how we were doing for the parking lot.

Disaster is disaster.

The facilities are beautiful, magnificent and detailed, typical of a boutique hotel, very well decorated. Once you walk through the entrance you feel like you're in a historic place, very well cared for. The impeccable pool, the small rooms, but they manage to get the best space for the client. The service of their staff is regular, they have no attitude of service, they wait just to fulfill but without generating a pleasant experience. If they improve the attitude, they would be very prominent.

It is beautiful but...

This hotel is very near to town, 5 minutes exactly. I was in this hotel for 3 days and I enjoyed it a lot. It had a good swimming pool, comfortable rooms and nice food. It had excellent service from the employers and good prices. Its infrastructure is wonderful because it is colonial style. I would like to come back to this hotel.

A beautiful place to stay

It's a simple hotel but for a few days in Santa Fe it offers all the amenities, good rooms and very clean, good bath and shower with hot water, decent dining room, as homemade but with good taste, good swimming pool with good atmosphere, and excellent attention from the girls in charge.

A very comfortable stadium with a good environment.

I recommend the room Atanasio Girardot, very nice and with jacuzzi. I think the humid area and the drop is small in relation to the number of people staying, especially on weekends and bridges so it is better to go on weekdays. The food is still delicious as well as the attention of the staff. The views of the rooms below are not pleasant.

A year later..

It's a low-profile hotel, with no false assumptions or expectations.It is what it is.A small, economical hotel, somewhat cozy and tasteful.Points to improve: No parking, rooms too small, very fair wet zone, leaving the keys on the way out.

A good option B

Small but perfect place to stay if you are in this area.  Great views of the mountains.  We had fantastic weather  - sun +30C.  Very close to town centre.   Breakfast was good - some snacks were available in the evening by the pool.  Great beds!  Rooms a little small but attractive  - staff superb!
