False rates and advertisements, hotel that sends you an email asking for cancellation of the booking because they don't take the online promotions when they're on sale! Not even a hello or a courtesy sentence..if you want to keep your booking the person goes to the threats to cancel your booking by any means and that would be the case!

Probably the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Dirty sheets, disgusting toilet, cobweb all around the room...
We were freaking out all the time cause huge bugs appeared in room. Uhhh...i still feel sick when I think of it.
No warm water, no hair dryer, no light in the room. They don't even take the trash out etc etc. Stay away from this place

The receptionist is too kind and helps in everything, comfortable pieces with air conditioning and wifi, a very comfortable swimming pool, a good breakfast, good for the cheap, the bad kitchen, poor kitchen, lack of things to cook and it's very difficult to get to the summer masia as you have to walk up quite a bit.

It's terrible, the photos are far from reality. It's 4 blocks from the beach line, but these blocks are on a street, quite far away, in fact, almost at the end of the village. Besides, the road is in bad shape. But well, this is something they couldn't prevent. Here's the location and point, the bad is what follows: Arrival: Access is complicated as I said, but when entering the hostel there was no light, water, toilet paper, or even towels. We had to order them. Furniture. Everything looks old and finished, the place is dirty, the pool water looks black, they have the potential to make that place better. On the bed that the beaches fall, the tables suffer with a little bit of pain.

Horrible from beginning to end.

I went on vacation with my family and the truth is the place is pretty good, it's clean, the beds are comfortable and air-conditioned, however the breakfast menu is a bit limited as there are only two options and the happy hour cocktails aren't as good.

Family vacation with family.

We stayed for two nights, a hostel with very nice facilities, the same as what you see in the photos, very comfortable rooms, toilets, and a very affordable price.

Excellent price to quality ratio.

I stayed with my friend there for 5 nights , and there's some things you need to know :
1.no hot water at all
2. The swimming pool is dirty but if you ask nice they cleaning for u 
3. The breakfast is nice 
4. They air conditioner is on from 10pm to 8pm and it's a bit sucks because the room is hot like an oven . 
There's many bugs there and the sheets not soft at all .
But after all that I will recommend on this hostel because it's in a good location, the staff is very nice , they make you feel like home , and it's not really expensive ...


Amazing staff but..

The very comfortable room, the attention and the service we enjoyed very much.We had only two drawbacks.The first was that every day was the same breakfast and the second was that every night music was played at a very high volume from a very early time.However, in conclusion it is an excellent place to stay for a few days and economical.

The week of Santa

The room is very basic, with nothing but old white walls and a bed. Sheets had stains. Shower has a very weak stream, and the toilet didn't have a seat! Seriously?? If you want AC you need to pay extra 10000 pesos, but they don't tell you that it's only from 10pm and they will cut the power off at 8am! Pool was dirty and not filled all the way. Atmosphere doesn't exist. Go elsewhere.

Awful

I'm not sure where all the positive reviews came from...none of them described our experience. We booked the place for the AC, and the fact that it had a "fun vibe with a bar and restaurant." We were the only people there for 3 days....it was like a ghost town. There was no restaurant and we were never even offered breakfast. We tried to order a beer from the "bar" and it was warm...they even unplugged the refrigerator! They advertise air conditioning, but what they don't say is that you can only use it from 9:30pm until 8am. The sheets felt like sand paper, and the room smelled like seweage. For the price, we felt ripped off. The only good thing was that the women at the front desk were friendly.
