We've traveled all of Costa Rica, nearly 40 trips ( actually, it's 39 trips throughout the country ). The Ballena Coast is our favorite locale, and Many's House is by far, our favorite place to stay. Menachem, is a very attentive  host, and the accommodations are much like home. You will rest comfortably between the ocean, and the rain forest.
Many's website, fails to do him justice.....THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION IN SOUTHERN PACIFIC COSTA RICA.........PERIOD!!

Best Place to Stay in Southern Pacific Costa Rica!!!!

If you want a more remote but stunning view then you must stay at Many’s House. You will experience an amazing view of the ocean, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, plenty of jungle sounds and scenes from howler monkeys to chattery patriots and Toucans, and more. It’s a lovely private oasis from the hustle and bustle of town. Our family of four stayed in the Villa Rustica and had a great time. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day and the grounds are perfectly maintained. Many offers all the necessities and checks in daily to make sure you have everything you need! We will definitely be back. Thanks Many!

Amazing view and family friendly accommodations

If you plan to spend time near Marino Ballena, don't miss Many and his houses. Fantastic view for a bay, some minutes drive to the beach, parrots, hummingbirds but... I recommend especially to talk with Many. Unforgettable...

Magic Place

I have travelled all over the world and have stayed at amazing places but I would have to say that Many's house is my favorite. The actual house is cozy and has everything you need including a lovely shower and toilet where you can flush the toilet paper!! There is air conditioning if you need and a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook at home an there is a beautiful pool to cool off in.The view of the ocean is stunning and every morning we woke up to the sounds of birds and howler monkeys. Many himself is an amazing host. He was always around if we needed and when we ran into some difficulties he was right there to help us. By the time we left we felt more like friends than renters. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Uvita.

Stunning view at home away from home

It's an incredible place with incredible views and excellent treatments.Pure peace here, the sunsets from the pool sound another level and the singing of the birds in the morning makes it wake up in the paradise.Good location, recommended to travel by car.

It's a piece of cake!

Manny’s House was a fantastic place to stay. Manny was an excellent host, very friendly and answered all of questions. He would bring us fresh fruit from his garden almost every day. Villa Eco was a perfect location for our “home base” while in Costa Rica. There was no air conditioning, but fans kept us cool and at night we even needed a blanket to keep us warm. The view from the porch looked to the west over the rain forest and at the ocean. The sunsets from this location were spectacular. No alarm clocks were necessary as the howler monkeys started their calling at 5:30 just before sunrise. Toucans parrots, numerous song birds as well the spectacular Blue Morpho butterflies were part of our daily lives.  There was enough activities in the area to keep us busy for the 3 weeks we were there. If you are reading this, we would suggest you bring extra sunscreen from home it is expensive in Costa Rica and the sun is very hot and strong.  Also bring sandals to wear when you go to the beach for the sand is very hot and will burn the bottoms of your feet.Highly recommended.

Awesome View

I've stayed at Many's House on 2 occasions - once with friends and once with family - both times were great.
Many is super helpful and welcoming - he has lots of local suggestions and helped me out recently when we unfortunately needed a mechanic. 
The house is located above the main north-south road and has a comfortable breeze to make beach living possible for us mountain people! However, you do need a car to reach attractions and the town from here.
The house we stayed in has everything you need for cooking and relaxing - a sweet little patio with nook to watch the ocean and sunsets, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bathroom with everything functioning perfectly. Our house had 2 bedrooms and the beds were comfy and the fans sufficient to keep the heat at bay overnight.
A super extra is the lovely pool that overlooks the wooded slopes and the ocean below. We swam daily and really enjoyed bird-watching from the deck (toucans, parakeets) as well as enjoying the visiting howler monkeys.
I thoroughly recommend a stay at Many's - worth every penny and great for vacation memories.

2 great stays at Many's House, Uvita

First time at Many's, but not first time in Uvita. He is such a great host he makes you feel you are a guest at his house, not renting.
The rooms are clean, well designed and perfectly equipped with everything you need to feel really comfortable.
The property is big and full of trees, and Many shares the fruits with his guests.
The views are breathtaking all around the property, specially from balconies and the pool, so you can relax in the pool while watching an amazing sunset and listen to toucans, howling monkeys and many different types of other birds.
The beach and the town are close enough to make everything very accessible.
Definitely will come back!

Fantastic place!

This was my fourth visit to Many's House, just like the previous stays, everything was up to par.We stayed at Villa Piedra.We took the opportunity to visit Playa Uvita and Playa Piñuelas.Many's House is a special place to relax and enjoy as a family.The sunsets are spectacular, enjoying the dawn surrounded by so much fauna, monkeys, loros, butterflies, only behind our villa contains 8 beautifully colored tucanos.I hope to return soon.

 Excellent views, surrounded by peace, vegetation and fauna....

This was my first trip to southern Costa Rica and we stayed at Many's two nights. What a wonderful experience.  It is just a short distance south of Uvita and a short drive off Route 34.  There is also a beautiful pool available to guest but we did not use it. The view from our balcony was spectacular and our cabin was clean, comfortable and Many was cordial and helpful in setting up the trip to go whale watching we wanted to do while there.
