Oh my, such a wonderful place to escape to for the Pulse Retreat! The staff did such a great job of taking such good care of us, and tending to every detail with a gracious smile. It was especially wonderful to meet the owners who were so generous with their stories and information about the area. The vegan food was perfect, the pool was glorious for soaking in, the sounds of the jungle were magical, and the location was perfect in it's proximity above the ocean, with the gentle ocean breezes enchanting us throughout our stay.

Thank you Costa Rica Yoga Spa for the perfection of your oasis to cocoon our Painting and Yoga Retreat! Your lodge, property, view is more beautiful, more magical than photos can even convey. The suites are glorious, the yoga rancho a dream, the dining and pool areas simply divine. And the food! Omg, delicious and satisfying on every level. One of our retreatants had never gone a day without meat and he could not believe how satisfied and happy he felt with the meals. Thank you for the openness of your hearts to support our growth, the safety, warmth and fun, and most of all, the friendship!! Magical Retreat at CRYS

Costa Rica Yoga Spa is not your usual spa. It is filled with hidden treasures and unexpected beauty. The staff is beyond friendly and competent on so many levels. Personal growth is the keyword when planning a trip there as the knowledge of the yoga teachers and facilitators for various medicinal retreats going on is highly impressive. One can not go to this center and not be healed on one level or another. If you just want to hang out someplace to catch up on emails or facebook then this is not the place for you. You will be pushed to discover what is truly important and what matters most in your life. You will receive healing in one way or another and it will be transformative and life-changing. There are not enough kind comments I can make towards this amazing facility. Darin who runs the show is one of a kind! You won't go wrong booking a week here and most often than not, you will find yourself returning again and again. It is that amazing!

Pura Vida! My experience at the Costa Rica Yoga Spa was EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME. From Victor and Virginia's hospitality, to the organic and healthy foods from the greenhouse on the beautiful property, to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the overall space, to the incredible yoga and meditation classes, to the magical sound healing sessions, to seeing the wild sea turtles laying their eggs at the beach, and to my interactions with the kind and loving staff -- every experience at (or facilitated by) the Costa Rica Yoga Spa was perfect. I am so beyond grateful for the Costa Rica Yoga Spa, and I'm sure I'll continue to visit there many times in my life, as the place feels like home to me now. I most emphatically recommend the Costa Rica Yoga Spa to anyone who is looking to relax, enjoy nature, and experience bliss. :)

Costa Rica Yoga Spa = Heaven on Earth

This was my 3rd time in Costa Rica, but my first in Nosara. Staying at Costa Rica Yoga Spa was the best decision I could have made. At my arrival, a delicious cold and refreshing hibiscus tea with a cool towel that smelled at lavender. Wow. When I arrived to my room I couldn't believe THE VIEW. I've seen beautiful places, but this magical mountain will truly remain in my favorites. The service is warm, you can feel the love of those who work here, the chef always smiling, serving food with great flavor and the biggest smile at every meal. 

If you are planning to relax, practice yoga, see and hear monkeys daily, enjoy every bite of food, then this is where your next vacation should be.

Beautiful place with the beat view of nosara beach. The best food I have ever tried. Victor the manager is always making  you feel at home. And the place is just beautiful and relaxing on its own.  5 stars! I will go back.

Hello Everybody!!
I will try to explain my Experience at this Place the Best Way i can.
When i came here the first day i was speechless - i barely spoke because i just wanted to enjoy this sacret place to the fullest :D I joined a Yoga and Art Retreat with a great Artist from Massechusettes and 15 Girls all over the world. We had an incredible week with great memories which will last for our whole Life. I joined also one waterfall hiking day, made a Tattoo with some of these wonderful crazy Girls (haha) and enjoyed a good massage aswell. Not even that is the Top - Over here you will be feeded from sustainable Nutritions, an beautiful Environment, an amazing Mountain View and this georgious Familiar Crew Team. I love(d) the food from the homegrown Garden. All in all i recommend this place to each and everyone. Come here for a Retreat or stay some time if your travelling through the Country. Just feel it yourself!! Its not dreamable until your here.. i promise! I am so greatfull for every Moment and i am endless happy to know, there will be coming much more Beautiful Souls, whom are going to visit and explore this charming and special place themselves. Irreplaceable Space of Peace <3

I came to Nosara for a short few days to visit my daughter who was volunteering in Ostional.  There are several options for places to stay but I chose Costa Rica Yoga Spa and I'm so glad I did.  From Moises's quick and friendly responses before my visit to Julia giving me a ride to the Nosara airport when I left, everyone at CRYS was so friendly and welcoming.  Victor cooks the tastiest meals and it was nice to have 3 healthy meals a day included.  Although many people may only stay her for the yoga and other meditation experiences, I did not specifically come for that.  I came to spend time with my daughter at a place where we could relax and unwind.  What I am trying to say is that this is the perfect place to stay even though you may not be "in to" yoga or other meditation experiences.  The loving, warm, positive energy that you will find here is amazing and you won't be disappointed.

What a bliss and beauty this healing hidden gem is! As soon as you step in, you can immediately feel the warm energy that surrounds the place. You have pure nature (beautiful lavish jungle) and the ocean around you, the sounds of hummingbirds and monkeys, the stars at night and complete peacefulness. The staff and Darin (the owner) are very welcoming, friendly and sweet; the food (they also grow their own food!), location and amenities impeccable. Temazcal (Sweat lodge), Spa room, Yoga, Ceremonial & Meditation space (The Rancho) these are just few of the precious jewels that this place has to offer. If you are looking for a soulful, quiet, healing and nurturing place, Costa Rica Yoga & Spa is exactly what you are looking for. Loads of gratitude and love to all who manage this place.

Unique, peaceful and nurturing! The place to be in Nosara.

There is something so magical about this land, and I'm grateful for the love and presence of the people that work here.  The CR Yoga Spa is the perfect getaway to connect with nature, and to take time to relax, unwind and heal. I had a deeply transformational and beautiful time connecting with the plants, dancing to the sunsets, practicing yoga with a spectacular view. I felt nourished by the delicious food they offer and loved sharing dinners around the table with fellow guests.  Darrin and his team truly created a space for guests to feel safe, supported and held.  The landscaping is stunning i enjoyed smelling all the different varieties of flowers, and tasting the different exotic fruits form the trees. Thank you all for creating such an incredible experience for me to expand and heal, thank you for your kindness and support. I will be back very soon!
