Pros: great location, easy access, wi-fi worked well, bathroom was probably the best part of the room--spacious, clean.

Cons: TV did not work--not sure why even have it in the room if it's not hooked up; staff was pretty unfriendly; price is pretty high for this location; towels were not changed even though we stayed there for three nights. No fridge, no table, just a chair... Frankly, the service does not equate the price. I was hopeful, but was disappointed.

Hello. If you are reading this prior to booking this "hotel", you're in luck! First, as you are arriving for the first time, you will notice that they haven't put a sign on anything else than the door, that stands open inwards and they have not bothered to get their location correct on google-maps. Carrying the luggage in 40 degrees, this would have been highly appreciated. Our room was the size of a shack, or shanty and didn't look much better. Despite the low standard (no restaurant, no fridge, unstable WIFI, cheapest furniture), which is more accuratly described as a hostel, it was the "I dont't know and will not help" attitude of the receptionists that really claimed ruin on mostly nice and sunny days in Baska Voda.

Stay away from this place!

The standard of the rooms follow an absolute minimum, about the same level as an average prison cell in many European countries, except there is a shower and there are no bars on the windows. They do clean, however: don't look under the mattress, theres is dust there from the 90s. The mirror is set at thigh levels in the living room and there is a 12 inch TV with 3 channels. There is no fridge. The air-conditioner settings don't work well, or are not easy to understand, so the temperature is either hot, or freezing cold, way out of sync with the settings. Now, these are the minor flaws. The major flaw is the complete lack of service attitude among the 1 person working there who is available. The attitude is mostly "I don't care, not my problem". Not only will they not do your laundry, they have no clue where you can and will not make any effort to find out. The same goes for ordering a taxi. With no real services provided, no fridge, an absolute minimum of room standard, this is not a hotel. It is, at best, a hostel with a key. If your looking for a good and relaxing experience, steer clear of this hole.

This is not a "Hotel".

We only stayed one night in this hotel but almost everything there was bad. Poor welcoming, someone even tried to send us away from the parking lot as we just wanted to drop off our luggage, we waited more than half an hour to check in. Arriving the room, we thought we travelled back in time : 20 cm diagonal TV, no hair dryer, no real mirror and very poor equipment in total. Tried to spend as less time as possible in the room, only good thing was the balcony...
After the check out, we just received an "ok" without asking us if we had a good stay or thank us for staying with them. In total a very unfriendly and negative vibe, unfortunately. 
We spend some time already in Croatia and normally people are very kind and welcoming! For that amount of money (94€, includ.13€per day for parking) we can not recommend to stay there. Even during season we wouldn't spend more than 30€ per night.

Horrible, not worth the money

Stayed recently here and it's nothing like a hotel. We had a mountain view room where other villa's could see right onto our bedroom and bathroom. 

Cons: AC worked well but there was no option for automatic so it worked all the time. The room was either too warm or too cold no middle ground it felt like. Small TV in bedroom did not work, no mini fridge to store cold drinks. Wifi signal on the 2nd floor was spotty at best. Room was more like a hostel than hotel. No hair dryer, had to borrow it from reception daily. 

Pros: Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Bathroom was good. Parking on site available but for an additional cost. Staff for the most part were helpful and nice.Great location, right on the beach and walking distance to everything.
