Lovely Apartments and heated pool. It's a nice place to chill out by the pool and relax for a couple of days. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a high chair and microwave and also gave us information about the local area. The nearest supermarket is about a 5 minute drive away.

Lovely Apartments and comfortable rooms

All in one a great place! Stayed here with my wife in Sept 2015. Nice and calm, away from the crowded areas and still close to some nice secluded beaches to have them all for yourself. Enjoy the tranquility and the figues in September.

Spent our second honey moon here

It will be for the period...and for the tenants found...but my family and I have been fine...we have been able to exploit all its potential...a quiet place...and at the same time close (in the car) to beautiful places to visit.

The apartments were spacious and nice. People were friendly and helpful. The pool and surroundings were very nice. The view was semi nice on the ground floor, but must have been great on the top floors. 
The freezer didn't work great, but the worst thing was the AC. It made terrible noises day and night, which made it hard to sleep. Turning it off was no option because it would have been too hot.

Nice pool, pretty clean but loud AC

Our apartment (only available for booking, the others are booked directly from the facility) was nothing special, a bit dated, but with everything necessary. The sad note that has decidedly lowered the rating on the facility is the uncontested caffonage (it would also be for the staff of the watch facility) of the aforementioned ex-holiday comrades, who, in the Villa Haya regulation that provides for the silence from 23 to 06, have well thought to be staying quietly in front of our window until 2.30.

Too much confusion!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment price and quality perfect beautifully clean pool for those who want to take a dip under the house parking available and free the only problem and that you get there only by car and there are no means to bring them

After reading the other reviews, very positive, I didn't hesitate too much to book. The price then seemed very good, 35 euros a night in 2. When we arrived Sabrina welcomed us talking in Italian and providing us with 2 planters and advice for beaches and restaurants. Very generous and kind. Then she explained that they are doing work on the terrace on the 3rd floor, so she gave us a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, then the work was done 2 minutes after 6.50 a.m. But we had other guests on Tripba Advisor claiming that we slept very well in this house in the middle of the green: I honestly woke up about 5 times because I was eating the sandwiches that were supporting the bed and the bar, and to be the smallest, we could always see that the bread is always being sprayed with the same colored sandwiches that were occupied at the time of the day.

I don't know if I'll be back.

Had some problems with our rental car and as we didnt get it from the airport, the guy was really helpful finding us different options and giving nice tips to travel around. Pool area is amazing and view from the room was really nice. Its that kind of a place, where you can hide away, really small town, but everything in walking distance. Maybe the sea was a bit far away, but its just because villa is up on a hill, so on the other hand it gives a really nice view. Room was spacious and clean, everything was there you need. Would really recommend for a nice and quiet get away!

Really helpful staff

An apartment in the area a little lost, which has not yet mass tourism but in a nice position as it is close to the Valbiska portico which guarantees tourists the passage between Krk and Kress. Krk is not far away and you can easily go in the evening by car to eat in the sea restaurants taking walks along the sea and then back to sleep. I arrived with the family before 14, but the blonde girl at the reception, who speaks Italian got us up and for a moment hesitated to give us the room she is embarrassed and gave us a gift by giving us a bottle of white wine with a steak of us one treated us as really tasty.

It's an ideal place to go around the island.

Our decision to stay at Villa Haya was very last minute, as we were originally going to pitch our tent in a nearby campground (Glavotok), as a 1 day stop before our return back to Zagreb. I called Villa Haya about 10 minutes before our arrival to see if they could fit us in for 1 night, and we were immediately welcomed. 

Our first impression was that the owners cared deeply about their property and put in a lot of effort to accomodate their guests. The pool looked pristine, parking was guaranteed, apartments were very clean. At the reception we were given a map of the area and advised of the best beach to visit (which indeed was fantastic). There are 2 restauants (Konoba) in a town nearby (forgot the name, I'm sure reception will inform you if you ask about nearby places to eat). 

We both had a fantastic sleep - the area is extremely quiet and peaceful, and it was great waking up and sipping a coffee on the terrace just listening to birds chirping, looking out onto the sea and island Cres. Even though we were only here for 1 day, his place really felt like home. I would love to come back. 

Note: check out is at 10am, which may be a bit early for some, and you definitely need a car or bike to get anywhere.
