We stayed here from 1-15th of September party of 11  and was taken aback by how beautiful it was, firstly greeted by Diana our host with juices drinks and fresh veg and fruit from her garden at her home.
There are no faults at all pool is maintained every 2-3 days plenty of seating lounges activities for the kids swings trampoline you could not ask for me Diana If you see this Merci beaucoup keep been you and well wishes to your family.

Around the villa local to Cavtat pronounced savtat is a local shop 5 minutes away church a chemist and the local center of Cavtat 15-20 minute walk just make sure you’ve got your walking boots for the steep hill going down and back up or you can take many taxis from the town back up if you don’t feel like doing this.

I will advise you take plenty of deet or bug spray as with the vegetation it’s prone for mosquitoes and midgies but that is standard for hot European countries overall 10/10 host 10/10 stay and cleanliness 10/10

An absolute dime to stay felt like royalty

Amazing villa, perfect for at least 16 people.  Great outside space and plenty space inside also.

We had a large family consisting of teenagers and it was loved by all.  About 10 minutes walk into Cavtat but longer up the hill on the return trip.

Fantastic family holiday August 2017

Currently staying at Villa Dobrasin.  We were given a very warm welcome by Diana and our apartment is huge with a lovely sea view.  All needs are catered for really could find no faults at all.  Yes it is uphill but there is a regular bus service from Cavtat town which costs 10 kuna.  Thank you Diana I am sure we will be back.

Fantastic

Couldn't have been any better. Diane was lovely. So welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 9pm and after showing us to our rooms she waited until we were ready and gave us a lift into the centre! She told us where everything was and even drew on a map the quickest ways to get there. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the shower always had hot water. After a few days we had the room in a bit of a mess and after coming in from being out all day Diane had tidied the whole apartment, hung up our clothes in the wardrobe everything! She also arranged our transfers back to the hotel and kept our luggage safe until we had to leave. There is a really nice restaurant near the villa which is cheaper than those in the main centre and a supermarket and bus stop 2 minutes away. Amazing, already booked again for this year!

Perfect

We stayed in villa Dobrasin in august for a wedding. We were with 12 friends for the whole house. Really nice that there is one long table everyone can sit on as well as a big barbeque on gas, fully equipped kitchen,... We enjoyed the pool with the sunbeds and the lounge seats. Rooms where big and comfortable, airco, private bathroom. 
Cavtat center is only 5to10min walking, just down the street. 
Only 1 downside, the planes for the airport fly over the house, not very early, late or unbearable but you should be aware.
Dubrovnik is 20min away by car and 1h by taxiboat (centre of cavtat to old centre of Dubrovnik).
I would defenitively recommend this house, we made great memories.
