Wanted a week near to Dubrovnik and not interested in paying silly money to TUI or other tour ops so Easy Jet and Booking.com it was.Villa Niki was well priced and we were not disappointed.The studio apartment was a slow 15 minute walk from the centre of Cavtat downhill on the way.Local Pemo supermarket very close as was bus stop.Bus into Dubrovnik 25 kuna and Water Taxi back 60 kuna per person which by the way is value and a pretty trip.The apartment has Aircon and a full cooker and washing machine,if needed,and all in all very comfortable ,safe and quiet The owners organised pick up from Airport for 100kuna each way for the vehicle.Logos restaurant nearby terrace is good but street level very noisy at times.I would recommend Villa Niki without question.

Very pleased

We stayed here last week and had a lovely time. The apartments are 10 minutes from the airport and 20-25 to Dubrovnik on the bus, the stop for which is just around the corner. You can also get a boat from the town which takes approx 40 minutes. The apartments are comfortable and have nearly everything you need apart from a few things which would make the stay a whole lot more comfortable. These would include a toaster,microwave,frying pan and a few other untensils, don't get me wrong we got by ok without them but we'd have possibly cooked a bit more had we had them. 
There's a supermarket 100 metres from the apartments also which is very handy.
The town itself is a 10 minute walk and going into town is fine, it's when your coming home some folk might get it a bit tough. Cavtat is quite hilly and these apartments are at the top of one of the hills and it's hard going. Im pretty fit and got it tight a few times so if you suffer from mobility issues it might be best to avoid these, that said you  can get a bus or a taxi up home so it's not exactly a deal breaker.
Overall they are good value for money and clean and tidy.

Great for the price.

Just returned from a fortnight at Villa Niki.
We'd never been to Cavtat before and so we chose it from the reviews and price.  We didn't really give too much thought to the fact that it was uphill from the harbour!  That said, we didn't catch the bus once - so although it's a fair climb home, it's fine unless you have mobility problems.  In fact, it turned out to be a really nice, quiet location ... as long as you don't mind the daytime planes overhead, which weren't a problem for us.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming and the apartments basic but comfortable and, considering the low price, absolutely fine.
A couple of things that could improve things - a welcome letter perhaps, that explains how housekeeping works and instructions on what to do with rubbish etc.  We were very much left in peace whilst there, which is great, but also left wondering if there would be cleaning days or change of bedding etc.   Turns out your can just let them know when you want more towels or change of bedding - and you deal with any cleaning and rubbish disposal yourself - there are bins on the way down to Cavtat.  Which is fine, it would just be nice to be given that info from the start.
Other than that, a toaster and perhaps a microwave in the apartments would be welcome, but that's just a suggestion.  As mentioned, these are really nice apartments, lovely hosts and excellent value for money.  Would recommend (I'm already missing the lovely big, comfortable bed!)

Excellent value for money!

Great newly refurbished room with a fabulous bathroom. Comfy bed, good sized tv and free wifi. Small balcony to sit on with a table and chairs, the owner met us with a cold beer which was very welcome. Parking was free and in front of the villa. Towels were fluffy and plentiful and the room had a fridge and kettle.Everything you need is here.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Cavtat and there is a supermarket close enough for supplies. Lovely place with really nice owners.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed in villa Niki 2 for three nights. We were greeted by hosts at the villa. Villa Niki 2 is brand new and beautiful and bonus it has a great balcony with sunset views. Cavtat is a perfect chill location away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Bus stop to Dubrovnik is about 50 metres away. Couldn't have asked for much more...Highly recommended!!!
