Thw appartments are located approxinately 1.5km from Novigrad and are directly on the beach. The appartment we stayed in was Erica Lux 1. The appartment was small but cozy. The kitchen was well furbished, it also had a dishwasher. We liked its proximity to the beach. There is also pleanty of shadow on the beach. Booked through Booking. However our appartment came without an appropriate terrace and I was a bit disappointed because of that.
We are planning to come again, but we will definitely try to book a different appartment maybe the one looking directly to the sea.
The only minus is the sewage - apparently there were some problems with the sewing system and there were moments when the entire village was filled with bad smell.

The overall experience however was good and definitely a place to reccomend.

this rental is a catasthoph.
To start , alone the Italians or Germans seem welcome
we did not have what we rented on booking
the TV did not work
the reception was deplorable..may be because we are french...the guy lpaughed at us
 It was very very noisy because right next to a busy road 
the bar person is more than unpleasant, it looks like a Parisian bartender 😡

 Good  point: clean and new small house, and near the  sea
Never never come if pass by Booking or if you are french

A shame !!!!

First let me clarify some possible confusion.  This apartment village has different types of apartments on the same address.  We booked through booking.com the hotel named "Apartments Erica Lux 2" but they also have a separate listing for "Apartments Erica Lux" which although in the same location they might look a little different. 
Our apartment was brand new, very clean and very modern.  The kitchen was well equiped, we used the washing machine and it worked perfectly. The wifi works through the tv, which means the tv must be on to get wifi, but other than that not a big deal. The location is right by the water and the staff was super nice.

Apartments Erica Lux 2

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Erica apartment village for 10 days this summer. Its a cute  little place with a caffe, right above the beach. We stayed at the apartment for three, which has a nice big room and a cute little enjoyable terrace for relaxing breakfast in the morning and romantic couple of beers in the evenings. It was very clean and it had all the basics you need (including kitchenware). They also changed the sheets once, during our stay. The staff is super nice and friendly. The price is also very reasonable, especially that we were there in high season.
The village is very familly friendly, especially for small kids. Suprisingly, taking into account, that we were probably the only ones there without kids, the nights were peacful and quiet. There is also parking provided right beside the apartments, free of charge. They also have free wifi, that gets really busy during lunch and dinner, when its imposible to get online. But considering that you are on vacation, you shouldnt need internet anyway : )) 
You can walk to the old town of Novigrad, its about a 30 min walk away. If you should decide to go with a car, be sure to pay the parking fee (make sure you have a lot of coins), beacuse they are very strict in supervising, and we saw a lot of clamped vheicles. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked another three days at the end of summer, when prices get even lower.
