The place is quite gross, the only thing to enjoy is the beach. If you are horror hunter this is the place for you, there are few buildings in this place that are perfect for horror movie making.
As you can see in my pics, I wouldn't reccomend anyone sane to visit. Not to mention false advertisement of activities. 

Horrible horror

It's not expensive so a person would not expect nothing fancy but we were disappointed nevertheless.
None of the advertised activities are usable, and haven't been for years. Service is lousy, people frustrated, and you can't even get a clean sheet after 5 days when your baby has an accident.
The place could use some work, and I'm not talking about renovation, but a simple mowing or cleaning leftover furniture that lies around.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone until someone figures out that you have to offer SOMETHING for the money other than sea and air.

But , the beach and the sea are great, clean and the best thing here. If it wasn't like that, we wouldn't spend a day here.

Low cost, lower service

3 types of beaches. beach with small pebbles for families, beach for nudists and beach with rocks. the room was renovated and nice with balcony but it's a shame that the bathroom was old. only one socket in the room, no air conditioning. good and spacious buffet

Wonderful nature

I decided to go on a vacation with my boyfriend in Croatia, the price was really convincing to be August and we didn't have too many claims. But it wasn't. The room was so dirty there was a suffocating heat because there was no air conditioning and ventilation, not even a small refrigerator x drinking fresh water, the rust was everywhere. I was afraid to close the bathroom door and get choked. As for the beach, it's pretty and the surrounding landscape is also sinful x little care... so we had to finish our vacation before we had planned.

Anywhere but here!

The only good things are the beach and the prices.
It offers good, affordable prices. 
The room looks ok but the bathroom was dirty ( the shower was dirty with hairs and there were spiders).
 Also, we couldn't charge our phones because we couldn't find an electrical outlet and when we left the room, the lady from reception said that there must be one electrical outlet but we have to move double bed or a closet to find it if we don't see it!
Breakfast is very nice but dinner is terrible (potatos were raw).  
As I said, the location and the beach is nice but I can't imagine a room without visible electrical outlet and that you have to reorganize the furniture to plug in your phone, but when you do that, you can't walk in the room because everything is tight,
Overall, if you go on one or two nights it's ok because it's not expensive but I wouldn't recommend it for more days.

Nice location and beach, but not so good overall

I spent five days with my two children, 12 and 15 years old, beautiful sea and breathtaking scenery, very bad breakfast, barely enough dinner, kind staff, room with only one power outlet, in four nights they never changed sheets and towels and never cleaned the room, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, football courts, mini golf courts, ping pong courts a little overlooked and decadent, but given the very affordable price and the beach and the sea a beautiful one, it's worth going there is like going camping

Such a beautiful bay

Location: On the hillside of the Clippen Peninsula, the restaurant is at the highest point and the cliffs have to pay for the same food. On the southern side of the island there is a small marina for keinboats. On the northern side of the peninsula there is a large, enjoyable main beach with very little shade (but you can borrow umbrellas). On this one dogs are not allowed. On the hillside around the peninsula there are 3-4 smaller beaches on the cliffs that serve as FKK beaches and there are dogs to be tolerated. On the southern side of the island there is a small marina for keinboats. On the northern side of the peninsula there is a large, enjoyable main beach with very little shade (but you can borrow umbrellas). On this one side, however, the water is not always quite clean, depending on how many teas are being eaten. Poor service and not good for pregnant women

Room is verry old and dirty, inside are small spiders. Room has no ac or fridiger, so we wanted to open window to get some fresh air, but it was still closing. Outside, right from the room was a big lamp and it was shined in our room all night. Outside was a table and two chairs, which was full of aunts. For 5 nights with breakfast (which was not good) and dinner (the same) we payed 360 €. When it was dinner it was inside so hot, that in just a few minutes you were all wet, so we wanted to go eat outside on the terrave the staff didn’t allowed it. Parking is right in front of your room, but in it between woods, where are big sharp rocks. One thing that was good was beach and this is it. I would never go here again. If you have any other option, go somewhere else!

Horrible!

Nice staff and nice location, but unfortunately they couldn't make up for the shortcomings. We came with a group. All the rooms were more or less in the same condition. Very decommissioned plant, faulty heater, old beds, no fridge, no fan, very bad half board.
