It is effectively a house with two bedrooms kitchen restroom and even a washer for clothes if needed 
Just 10 minutes from the Plitvice park entrances. There are two markets that you can go by walk and good restaurants as well 

Highly recommended 

We knew we were going to reach our destination late at night and leave early the next day to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park, so we were just looking for a clean, affordable place close to the park. This was perfect, as it is a mere 5 minutes drive from the entrance. Unfortunately we didn't realize they have a shared bathroom before booking. We had to share with 3 other rooms. It is a little bit small, but at least it is clean and neat. The service was excellent, even though we arrived at 9pm. Thanks!

Close to the park

Wonderful hostel!! The room was big, clean and very nice, with amazing views fron the window, and it was a quiet place. The owner was so nice to us and explained everything we needed to know for our visit to Plitvice Lakes. Good price and 10 min from bus stop and another 10 min by bus to the Lakes. We had a very pleasant stay there. Thank you!

Perfect!!

Lovely staff, great area, lovely rooms and so reasonably priced. 

The staff helped us from when we first booked right up until we left. 

There is free parking and wifi and beautiful views from the rooms. 

It is about a 7 minute drive from Plitvice national park entrance 1, there are 3 restaurants all within 10 minutes walking distance and two shopping markets within a 5 minute walk. The nearest petrol station is about 10/15 minute drive.

At the accommodation there was a bbq area, a fridge to store your things and lovely balconies off the rooms with air con and radiators. 

I cannot recommended this place enough and the sunrise views were lovely even on a cloudy day!

We stayed two nights in a room for two in House Stefanac and it couldn't have been better. Everything was super clean and tidy. We had TV, and amazing view from the balcony, the shared bathroom was also very good. We had free coffee and tea. There are two markets near the place, and the bus station is easy to find (just walking through the main road) and not far from the place. 
You can go and back from the lakes by bus, wich is the cheapest options, and there are several buses running every day. 
Plitvice Lakes is an inmense and spectacular place and when you have the chance to sleep in a place so comfortable, it makes it even better. The owner even drove us to an ATM the day we were leaving. We found an offer in Booking and it was also very cheap.
