We stayed in the apartment at the top of the villa with the vaulted ceilings. There are fantastic views from every window! It was spotlessly clean, the a/c worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect, quiet and secluded but only a short walk down some steps to the old town and bus station/taxi rank.

Lovely apartment with stunning views!

Three of us rented Ani’s third floor 2 bed apt in her villa with stunning views of the Fortress and the Adriatic. Three min walk to Pile Gate into old town . Extremely clean and spacious with everything we needed. Ani kindly  left us wine and beers when we arrived .  She was very helpful …always there to answer any questions and recommended some great restaurants and activities . Du the Wire Zip Line was a highlight for us ! Would definitively recommend this rental ….home from home . About 80 steps to access the villa from street level but worth it.

Stunning property 3min walk from old town ….near the action but peaceful at night

I would have to rate this as the best stay of our holiday.

The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. The views from the living room are stunning- of the Old Town, Adriatic and Fort. All just 200m away down seventy or so old steps.

Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, baker, supermarkets, bus station.

Finally, the kindness of our host - Ani. Quick to respond to our requests but never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Just remember, those steps back up require some fitness at the end of the day! 10/10!

Fantastic Spacious Apartment Close to Old Town

We had a fantastic week in Dubrovnik. Everything was handled so smoothly by the owner, who met us at the taxi rank and helped to carry our luggage to the apartment. He was so welcoming and identified all the best places to eat and visit and provided very helpful insight into how to avoid the worst of the crowds. Our top floor apartment was light and airy and beautifully equipped, including complimentary beers in the fridge and a bottle of homemade Višnjevača (rocket fuel!). The views across Old Town were stunning. Beds were firm and comfortable, aircon quiet and effective, bath and shower room fitted to high standard. Highly recommended, a home away from home.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful city!

The place was in very good condition, with every amenities that you needed. excellent views over the Dubrovnik City.  The owners excellent host , nothing was to much trouble, even carried the suitcases down the steps to the apartment, yes many steps to climb.  So need to be fairly fit in the heat to manage these steps.  A free bottle of wine & Beers in fridge on arrival , which was such a nice touch.

JUST PERFECT

We had the suite on the top floor of this building.  The views out over the Dubrovnik city walls and the Adriatic were literally stunning.  The suite had been newly renovated and was in beautiful condition.  The suite was stocked with coffee for the coffee machine and small "welcome" supplies of beer and wine.  The owners were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing, etc.  We used the owners' pre-arranged transportation from the airport, which was extremely helpful, and were helped with our luggage from the van to the building.  This was one of our favorite accommodations ever.  (Sadly not suitable, though, for those who can't handle a significant number of steps.)
