We arrived, due to a personal incidence, almost 2 days later. But constantly communicating, our host welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything, answered our questions and gave some inhabitant recommendations.

The apartment itself is very clean, big and beautiful (don't let yourself intimidate from its modest outside). We would always come back again.

Best apartment and great host!

Really lovely apartment. Clean great sized bedrooms in a really central location. I'd highly recommended this location. Friendly helpful service on arrival, we had a little trouble using the washing machine they came right away to help. We found Lapad really reasonable priced for food and drinks we will be back.

Beautiful 

We stayed here from 31st March to 4th April.
The accommodation is situated in lapad bay which is a 40 minute walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. The bus stop is a 3-4 minute walk and you can catch a bus to the old town if you prefer.
The beach and front at lapad bay are beautiful with lots of nice bars and restaurants surrounding the area.
The apartment from the outside does look a bit worse for wear but inside we found the apartment to be very nice and well presented. 
There were two big bedrooms with enough beds for 5 people and a sofa bed in the lounge. 
Our only small complaints were the lack of cutlery for 6 people, lack of chairs for six people and we couldn't open the window in the bathroom meaning that after 6 showers it was quite wet. 
The accommodation offered everything else that we needed including a washing machine which was very handy with 2 small boys, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space.

The host was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.


Well located, nice apartment

The apartment "White" on the 2nd level at no 5 of a larger apartment complex is tucked away in a quiet area between the main road and the beach, handy to everything it is a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and bus stops and around 7-8 minutes to the eating / drinking scene. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and contains everything you need for your stay. The wifi is very good.

Not so happy with:
After arranging a 2pm checkin we were left waiting outside in wet weather until 2.50pm which was frustrating. Also there was a problem with the hot water, that is by the second day there was none. Finally on our last morning the power to part of the apartment went off leaving us with no air conditioning, TV or wifi. We have made the agent and through him the owner aware of these issues so hopefully they get rectified.

Good location, nicely furnished apartment.

We were met by a really nice host. Easy to find the right street. Very centrally located. But, the beds are horrible, not enough bed sheets, even if we have asked for two extra the last two days. You can't close the bathroom door because the knob isn't working. There are termites or ants in the bathroom window, and the apartment, especially the bathroom is dirty. The balcony is not cleaned, there are old remains of cigarette ashes.... We are definitely not coming back here.
