Beautiful accommodation on a top location within city walls of Dubrovnik. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Equipped to the smallest detail with bathroom accessories, slippers, bathrobe and a lot of towels; refreshing drinks in the refrigerator, water boiler 
nespresso machine and capsules. Dubravka and Nikola are superkind hosts willing to provide all the information you might need.

Just a perfect stay

Great location and fabulous hosts.  The rooms was wonderful with everything you could need from beach towels to toiletries.  Dubravka was very responsive and easy to work with.  She went out of her way to make our stay incredible--including arranging transportation to Medjugorje and connecting us with an amazing guide for a walking tour.  Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Peaceful Stay in an Amazing Location

I have to express my absolute pleasure in the entire staff at Stayeva 11,  Everyone treated you with extreme excellence.  I want to especially give a shout out to Dom.  Day before I was to leave via ferry, I went to the port and the port authority told me the ferry was not working. I was quite upset and anxious.  When I mentioned this to Dom at the hotel, within seconds he made a phone call and was able to tell me all was operational with no problem. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable.  The breakfast was outstanding!!  When I arrived lost, the host came to find me then arranged for Dom to take me to my car and pick up my luggage!  this was my best experience with staff and hotel on my entire 2 week vaca. Or probably ever!!  The hotel and room were incredible as well.

A beautiful, clean and high standard appartment in the charming old town of Dubrovnik. A quiet place with immediate access to everything. A private area outside where we could rest in the sun and our daugther could take her nap in the shade. The best service and hospitality we’ve ever experienced in all of our travels. Thank you! Best stay in all of our travels

Beautiful boutique hotel. Interior walls were stone, beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and she had all the amenities you might need in the room. Would definitely stay there again.The owner was wonderful. Her family owned the restaurant and the room included breakfast at the restaurant. Had dinner there one night as well. Very good.

Wonderful entre to Croatia and Croatian hospitality

Brilliant location which makes exploring everything in the old town very easy. High quality accommodation and a superb host who goes out of her way to quickly answer every question you have and provide great recommendations for restaurants etc. If we’re ever in Dubrovnik again we’ll stay here.

Superb in every way

Great location. Great host, attention to detail and always willing to help any way she can. The room was beautiful and very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Quiet area in the old town. I’d love to stay there again.

Dubrovnik, central location good for solo travelers or family!

We had a great time in Dubrovnik and our Hostess Dubravka, made it a memorable experience.  Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, thoughtfully laid out and was well equipped with a comfortable bed, a fridge stocked with essentials, espresso machine, tea making facilities and luxury toiletry products. 
As no cars are allowed in the old town, upon our arrival, Dubravka met us at the gates of the old town and walked us in person through the old town to our room. And not only she helped us with restaurant recommendations, she also gave us valuable advice as we selected our day trips and cruises.  She is a terrific hostess who knows how to provide an amazing service to her guests.  Thank you again Dubravka for making our stay at Stayeva 11 a memorable one. Highly recommend it!
