The apartment was a bit small but very nice. The bed was good, the kitchen was also good and it was nice that we had a (very small) terrace outside. The only downside of the apartment was that the bathroom wasn't very clean. The walk to the city centre was long but doable.

The owner was a very kind woman. We forgot a poster we had bought in Dubrovnik outside of the apartment on the day we left. She found it and was kind enough to send it to us, all the way to Holland!


Nice, cozy apartment 

Lovely roomy apartment located half way between the port/bus terminal and the old town. Ideally located to explore the town.
It is located up very steep steps, which were exhausting to climb with a suitcase! Dubrovnik itself is very hilly so unless you stay in the Old Town itself, you will have to walk uphill to get to/from there.
Double bed is actually 2 singles pushed together with a wooden surround which causes an uncomfortable ridge down the centre.
Ok for basic self catering - there were 2 electric hob rings for cooking, but no light in the kitchen.
Washing machine was great & there was space to hang clothes on the shared terrace. The owners, who live at the front downstairs, also used this hanging space though.
Apartment was mostly clean with the exception of the bathroom. Brown staining and watermarks around the sink and toilet. Shower cubicle had a clean base but door runners were brown and mouldy. Plug had long black hairs and fingernail clippings stuck to it!!!


Roomy apartment, great location

We took a The apartment itself is not bad, but it seriously needs in-depth cleaning in kitchen, bathroom and floor. 

The pros: the owners are kind. The studio is big enough for two people and has some wood on the walls and cealing which makes it look kind of nice. It is located on the highest part of the building and has a big window to a mountain. Sheets and towels clean and comfortable wide double bed. Wifi is fine. Relatively close to the old district (30 minutes by foot, not at all 15 as other people have said) and free parking available if you are lucky enough.

The cons: I am afraid it seriously needs very good cleaning in kitchen, bathroom and floors. You can hear the traffic from the roads through the window, and also the noise from the neighbors. The area is not dangerous but is not at all attractive and to get to the center, you have to walk along roads with heavy traffic.

I am afraid I would not recommend it to my friends.

Needs good cleaning

Friendly family and cosy room with great balcony view. Good location. we brought cherry and sit on the balcony and eat, the view is nice.

There is a good local pizza place besides as well. good pizza with cheap price. 

one night it rained a lot and my friend and I woke up many times during night. Sound block in the room is just ok.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my girlfriend and had an amazing time. The pictures tell the truth online and that is a pleasant wooden interior little apartment with a kitchen and table adjoining and separate toilet with shower and basin. The bed(s) were two singles with rather stubborn wooden edges in between which is not ideal for a double room but hey, its cheap and cheerful! The apartment was very tricky to find and in the heat with luggage a real bother - make sure you know exactly where you are going beforehand, and know that it is pronounced very differently to how an Englishman might say it! Location wise it had a local beach secluded in a bay about a 6 minute walk away, and a good 15 minute walk into Dubrovnik Old Town. However, this 15 minute walk is one of the most scenic wanders we have taken, and without staying out of the old city area you would never experience it. Highly recommended.
