My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It is in a great location close to everything. It was clean and welcoming. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and fruit are provided by the host Anna. There were also toiletries in the bathroom as well as a hair dryer. The room was well equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave, sandwich maker, plates, cups and glasses. I would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Great place to stay

I initially stayed there from October 2nd to 4th. After my stay, i gave them a review of 8 out of 10, pointing out a few things  (the fact that there is an intense sewer like smell in the room, that it is a basic accomodation and that the value for money was not good). 
During my second stay on October 8th, after check in, the lady owning the place (Ms Anna) confronted me about my review, pretty much demanding me to change it! I find this behaviour to be frustrating, unhospittable and unacceptable. I would never reccomend any type of hoapitallity industry that is run in such a way.

Really bad owner attitude

Great location. Warm welcome and good facilities. This guest house is at the heart of the Old Town and is well furnished and equipped. Anna gave us a warm welcome and even helped with our cases up and down the very steep steps that lead yo the main entrance. Comfortable and clean with fruit, biscuits, coffee and water left for us. 

Good rooms in a great location 

Me, and my daughter stayed in the 2 room apartment. Host excellent,price perfect, brilliant location. Few steps down, and we were in the heart 

of the Old Town. 🌝🌝🌝.                  
The place was clean,hostess had also provided face masks, beach towels,which is extra, milk for coffee. Although, apartment was non-smoking,as a smokers,we had, just outside the apartment stairs, and cushions to sit on, smoke,and a lovely view of the Steady, the main street, the very heart of the Old Town.

Impressed

This is a family run establishment -offers a double room and a more spacious suite (we had the latter).  They were very prompt and responsive right from our initial messages regarding the booking. Ana is a warm, friendly host and made us feel very welcome - leaving us fruits and cookies every day and gifting us a wine bottle as well. The suite is nice, with separate living/dining area (microwave but no stove/cooker) and bedroom (attached spacious bathroom). 
Bear in mind - staying within the walls of the old town will involve hauling your luggage up narrow steep stairs to get to anywhere you stay.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Dubrovnik

A lovely 2 room apartment located in the old town of Dubrovnik. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were extremely obliging. We arrived in Dubrovnik at around 9.30, hoping to leave our cases there and the host admitted us to the room immediately saying it was all ready for us even though the check-in times online were 2pm.
The location itself couldn't have been any better as the majority of the must-see attractions are within walking distance of the old town. Don't miss the city walls, the boat rides to the surrounding islands, and a trek up to Mt Srd. You are also spoilt for places to eat in this area,
The only thing I would say is this apartment would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are quite a few steep steps to get to the entrance.

Lovely Stay!

Nice small 2-room apartment in a small quiet side street of the old town. A few steps down and you're right in the center of town. The apartment looks recently remodelled (as does the whole old town). A slightly smelly bathroom every now and then, but that comes with an old town like this I guess. Very friendly owner. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the old town.

It’s just off the main drag, on maybe the most characterful little side-street in the whole of the Old Town... the owner is super nice and helpful, and she and her family live in the same building so there’s no trouble finding someone on reception... there was even a generous bottle of slivovitz and a jar of cookies in the room waiting for us. It is located up some fairly steep steps, so maybe look elsewhere if stairs are a problem for you... but otherwise, if there’s a room free at Tomasi, book it now!

Choose this one

Met at the Old Town gate by a very friendly host, nothing but positive thing to say about our stay. Nothing was a problem and the apartment was cleaned spotlessly daily. The place was very central and even though many steps you soon got used to it! 

Felt at home

We had a great stay at this Guest House. The booking was seamless and Nikolina, the owner, was very patient answering our questions. One of us needed a dental appointment and she even helped us find a local dentist. Nikolina warmly welcomed us when we arrived and gave us fantastic recommendations. The bed and room are comfortable, the kitchenette was great and the welcome wine just made everything perfect. The central location was also good in helping us make the most of our stay in Dubrovnik. The rooms were cleaned everyday and one really feels at home here. We will definitely be back should we return to Dubrovnik in the future!  Thank you Nikolina and your family!
