It was in a super convenient location and I loved that we entered through a shop - made me feel like a local. The room had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. It can be hard to find 2 beds, and this worked out very well. Stefan was prompt and helpful.

Great location in Dubrovnik

We stayed here for 8 nights and an early check in was facilitated for us which was very convenient, although they have an office fairly nearby where you can store luggage. The apartments are accessed via a shop and up some stairs. We were in the first apartment, so about three flights of stairs. The apartments are decorated in an antique style which is in keeping with the building, however some of the wring looked a little dangerous. The cooker was not working and no kettle the latter was rectified fairly quickly. Decent size room for two people and the location is in the heart of the Old town with access to everything you could want or need and beaches were a short walk away. Considering the location it was very quiet although the folk upstairs could be heard and think they were having their own disco in the early hours which was a little unfortunate. The wifi was on and off and we were advised to reset the router on the second floor ourselves - which we had to do numerous times. We only had one set of towels and would have liked a second set because of the length of our stay and somewhere to dry wet swimwear and clothing would also have been useful. The bathroom was a little outdated but the shower was amazing and very powerful. A little more information in the room would have helped about the facilities and what to do with rubbish etc. 
The office was not always manned but the host was available by text and generally responded quickly. 
Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt some improvements would make it much better value for money.

Basic apartment in an excellent location.

Apartments Green Exclusive is an excellent accommodation option, within the walled city. It is located in Siroka Ulica, the widest crossroads of Stradum (main street). Below, there is a small shop with very interesting things (some are copies of Gustavo Rosa's works, made of fine wood and cut to fit on the wall), called Art Atelier Little House. The apartment is good size, it is air conditioned, the bathroom is great, and it still has a small kitchen (I think no one uses it). It has no co. The price is quite reasonable.

Excellent location.

We chose this accomodation for our 4 night stay in Dubrovnik Old Town. We are delighted with our choice - location, price comfort - this ticks all the boxes!!! Being able to both experience & also escape the madness of the Stradun so easily is perfect. The apartment (#1) is just 50 meters away from the centre - you disappear back to the room that is cool, has charm & character, clean and well equipped & enjoy some peace before heading back out, we did this numerous times per day & loved that we were so close to everything & could enjoy things both in & outside the walls with such easy access. Incredibly good value in my opinion. Friendly and helpful host to welcome & assist us. I highly recommend this apartment to fellow holiday makers - enjoy :)

Stradun Escape

I stayed with my family for 5 nights and we had a comfortable and great stay. We felt like we were in a home away from home. It was a cosy, spacious and wonderful apartment. The location was great too. The only problem was the bathroom door which was very difficult to close. Apart from that everything was perfect. Certainly will stay here if we come back to Dubrovnik.

Good and comfortable stay!

This is our fourth visit to Dubrovnik and each time we have been before we have stayed at the Hotel Excelsior (which is wonderful too!) but I have to say, after visiting at the end of September with my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday and our wedding anniversary,our 3 night stay at the Apartment Exclusive (no. 2) was fabulous and we would never stay anywhere else now!  The accommodation is in a fantastic building with stone walls and wooden beams right in the heart of the Old City of Dubrovnik.  Mariana, our host, was very easy to get hold of when we arrived and showed us the around the apartment.  Our friends were staying in the apartment below us so it worked really well being together and just outside the door was a restaurant to meet for breakfast.

The apartments are full of character, clean, spacious, lots of wardrobe space (and hangers!) two hairdryers, the bed was large and comfortable and we even had a little chocolate treat left on our pillows!

There is no balcony or much of a view but to be honest, it didn't bother us as within a couple of minutes walk outside the apartment you are within walking distance of restaurants, bars, the pile gate, harbour - all the views that you could want right on your doorstep!

Even though the apartments are in the heart of the Old Town, they are quiet and its easy to sleep.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of travelling to Dubrovnik.  Excellent location with everything close to hand.  We will definitely be back again as Dubrovnik holds a special place in our hearts and is our favourite destination.  Thank you Mariana.

Amazinf apartment in a fantastic location

Very good location. A comfortable size and a very, pleasant, helpful host (immediate response when I reported the WiFi was not working).
The removal of the washing machine and the unusable oven might have bothered some but they're so many great places to eat and we are only here for 4 nights!
Would like to return!


A lovely apartment (No1). Great location.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July and have to say we couldn't fault it at all, the owner (Mariana I believe) was amazing, she was so helpful, she really went above and beyond. We had no access to a printer for our bus tickets to Sibenik and she printed them off at home and travelled in to give them to us. She really was insistent on you phoning or contacting her if there was any issues or any help you needed.

The rooms themselves were well equipped and wonderfully clean and the little kitchenette was very useful, every morning we would have breakfast in the room using what we bought from the market, as Dubrovnik can be quite expensive so was a good little money saver. Which leaves more money for beer haha. The apartments is located on Siroka so if you come in from Pile gate I believe, it's past the big fountain on your right about the 4th or 5th street in the right, you can miss the street Siroka travel up about 20-30 yards past captain candy on your left. 

All in all a wonderful place which was only made better by the stay. 

Lovely 

Apartment equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. WiFi TV kitchen complete air conditioned washing machine.... The price fits the expectation. Well located within the walls in the lower part next to the main street five minutes from the bus stop at the Pile gate. It is accessed through a portal (something neglected by the way) that serves as a souvenir shop instead.

 Acerted option

It is a complex of 3 apartments in an old building across the Stradun, so very central, Porta Pile area. Obviously there is no parking, not even nearby, so it is advisable to notify in time of arrival, download and look for a parking lot far outside the walls. The lady who handed us the keys was very kind and professional, the apartment turned out to be clean, well equipped, very orderly.
