What absolutely lovely accomodation this house is. The bedroom was large and well appointed (2 armchairs, fridge, television) and a very comfortable and clean bathroom. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and was walking distance from the old town. The breakfast was delicious and served on a very nice terrace. Unfortunately my husband was very sick with bronchitis while we were there and Fadila was so kind. We can’t thank her enough and we are truly sorry for my husband’s coughing while we there. I would recommend unreservedly.

Beautiful accomodation walking distance to the old town

We loved our week spent at House Boninovo. The house is lovely and the terrace with all of the beautiful plants and flowers is truly a beautiful space. It is set in a perfect location for walking to the Old Town and surrounding area. The bus stops are very close by which is very convenient.  Fadila is an absolute gem and so very friendly and accommodating.  Our breakfast was served on the terrace every morning and it was delicious and plentiful. We loved every minute. Rhea the family dog was the sweetest! We hope to return again one day. 

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST 

It is an excellent room with good service.
I was on a honey moon with my husband and it was great.
The appartment is near the main of Old town and the market, tobbacco and fast food is near by across the street.
I Will recomend this appartment to my friends, collegs and family because is very good.

Beautiful recomendation with a excellent view on sea in a centar of town Dubrovnik. 

The house has a beautiful patio with sea views. My bedroom was large with all the amenities including air conditioning, a home cooked breakfast before a taxi to the airport - a great pity to have to leave after just one night.
The house is about a 20 minute walk from Pile Gate so very conveniently located.
The lady who owns the house - Fadila -  is extremely helpful and friendly.

Perfect - highly recommended

This is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. Immaculately presented; the bathroom sparkled! The owner Fadila was very warm and friendly. Pot plants were on every step on the staircase. Premises are about 20 minute walk into the old town, with buses running nearby.  Breakfast on the patio with sea views was lovely and breakfast itself delicious and healthy. Highly recommended.

A real gem

A warm smiling reception from Fadila with help with luggage. Comfortable air conditioned double room with TV, good WiFi, tea and coffee tray, fridge, en suite shower, wardrobes and drawers.
Good value breakfast (charged separately) served on the veranda with cereal, cooked eggs, salami and cheese, fruit, croissants and good coffee.
All buses from an to Pile Gate go passed the house and are frequent ( they separate to their own routes just after the house)
Fadila can arrange good value taxi services.
The house is Fadila’s family house and is 200 years old.

Wonderful Croatian hospitality

It is the lady who owns this establishment who made my stay a comfortable one. She is  extremely friendly and helpful. My room was large, fairly clean and value for my money considering how expensive Dubrovnik is! Breakfast was lovely to have on the outside terrace and was a good start to the day. 
As stated in other posts, it is about a 15 minute walk downhill to the Old City but a good 20-25 minutes walk uphill back, so if you are not a good walker take one of the many buses that all pass the property. 
There is a beach close by but if you require shade you need your own beach umbrella as the sun beds are only for private use. 
I’m not sure I will return to Dubrovnik, very beautiful, but overpriced and very very busy! However if I ever was to I would  probably stay here again. 

Comfortable stay. 

Just left after a lovely stay here. It is perfectly located. A 20 minute walk from Old Town or take the bus which stops right nearby. With the Dubrovnik Card there is no need for a taxi at all. 

The house is right where the road splits so it will not be quiet at night- this is still in the city. Yet we could see the sea from our room which had a fridge and kettle. Fidila is a perfect house and she offers. Fine breakfast for an additional fee. 
Family run and small you will enjoy being away from the craziness of old town but close enough to enjoy it. 

Perfect Location

You do not have to spend a lot to have a great stay in Dubrovnik. This is a very friendly hotel, strategically located within walking distance from the walls' main gate (Pile). It has a lovely flowered terrace where you can relax with a beer or a local wine. The owner, Fadila, is very kind and dedicated, helping her guests to feel as comfortable as possible.

Very nice and clean  accommodation, Fadila is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.The breakfast was excellent . House Boninovo is a 15 min walk from Dubrovnik old town. Would highly  recommend a stay.
