Fantastic apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean, well decorated, lovely crisp white linen and big white fluffy towels, we even had tea, coffee and milk provided. The location was superb 2 minutes walk from the center yet far enough out not to be disturbed by any noise. Our hosts were absolutely lovely will definitely be returning and would recommend their lovely apartment as the place to stay in Dubrovnik

Amazing

It was an absolute pleasure to stop in a place with such history and having such great hosts only made this better. 

The apartment is tucked away down an idyllic side street shared within only a couple of other apartments. The location is superb for visiting all areas of the old town and has the added bonus of being near the old town port for easy boat trips and near to taxi ranks at Polce gate from which you can be at the beautiful beaches in Babin Kuk within 15 minutes. 

It is a pleasant walk to Polce Gate (5 mins) and Pile Gate (10 minutes) with only a couple of steps to negotiate. 

The apartment is very quiet with just one coffee bar at the bottom of the street which is frequented by locals who told us it is the best coffee in town. 

The presentation is immaculate, clean, tidy, great shower, lots of fresh towels. The WiFi is perfect and there is a safety deposit box. There is two lockable doors to enter the apartment and it felt a very safe location. 

Diana and her husband were absolutely fantastic. The care and attention they put into the apartment and our care was very apparent. Diana met us when we arrived and escorted us to the apartment, showed us around and gave us an annotated map to show us the amenities and restaurant recommendations. We simply text them the time we was leaving and they met us to collect the keys. 

It was great to sit out on the steps after a long day and think about the history around us. After visiting the war photos and seeing various old maps around the city it was a surreal feeling to look up at the walls and consider how lucky we was to find such great accommodation within the old town walls. 

Amazing apartment in the heart of Old Town 

We stayed here during a week long visit to Dubrovnik.
The accommodation is amazingly clean, well equipped and in a really fantastic location.
However, the hosts are what really made our stay extra special. Their fantastic communication before and during our stay was so helpful, and much appreciated.
We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the old town, close enough to be amongst everything, but without lots of noise.

Fantastic accommodation!

A beautifully appointed compact and bijou apartment at one of the best locations in the city walls.  Our hosts were charming and very helpful - thank you Diana and Zdravko!  Very close to some amazing restaurants and a mere 30 second wander to the Marina where boat trips can be taken to the outlying islands.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore this beautiful part of the city.

Immaculate

We have stayed in many places in Dubrovnik and I can say with certainty that this was the best. A beautifully furnished and decorated apartment in the heart of the old town. Swimming from St. John’s Fortress just around the corner. Most importantly, we received a warm welcome from the owners and some excellent local knowledge. 10/10

Best Place to Stay in Dubr

Our hosts were lovely. A very friendly and helpful couple. They made us feel like we were guests in their home, from meeting us in the old town on our arrival and helping us with our luggage, to driving us to the airport at the end of our visit. Our flight was late in the evening of our last day so letting us stay all day at the apartment, as their next guests weren't checking in until the following day, was an extra bonus they didn’t have to provide but was much appreciated!
The apartment itself was beautiful, it looked brand new and was well equipped. Milk and water, tea and coffee were all left for us to use.
It is situated just inside the city wall with everything within easy walking distance so you felt close to the hustle and bustle but it was still quiet inside the apartment....perfect.
Everyone we met in Croatia were so friendly and helpful, great place to visit.

Beautiful apartment in the best location

Impossible to find a better location in Dubrovnik! Everything is less than 5 min walk. Very quiet for a centraly located appartment. Ours guests were thouthfull and gave us very good suggestions (resto, swimming, etc.). No views but doest it exist in the old town. We had a perfect week (except one rainy day ;-).

I will definetly go back at the same place and I highly recommand Apartments Nivic!

In the heart of the most beautifull city of the world!

Although I am a frequent traveller, this was my first apartment holiday rental experience. My first impression of the apartment was exactly what I was counting on: absolutely charming, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by an incredibly well informed and impeccably mannered host - Vlaho Nivic, who proceeded to present the property to us, to the standards and with the composure one would expect from the staff of any 5 star cosmopolitan hotel. 
He took us through all the relevant details and furthermore provided us with a list of everything you would want to make both your sightseeing & social calendars complete - from fine dining & trendy bars, to all of the attractions and guided tours.

The apartment itself was beautifully restored to the highest of standards - clearly no corners were cut with regards to the care that must have gone into it. In addition to being absolutely immaculate, details such as the comfort of the bed, the lovely sized rooms, the luxury toiletries, the softness of the linens and the convenience of high speed Internet are what really make the difference. The extra still and sparkling water was a nice touch. 

In summary, if you’re planning a romantic weekend break or just some time off in what has to be one of Europe’s last unspoiled medieval & costal outposts, I absolutely could not recommend this property enough. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts; the Nivic family truly made this Christmas break utterly unforgettable. I will - without any shadow of a doubt - be retuning.
