Stayed here for 5 nights in June. Great budget accommodation compared to anywhere else in Lapad. The apartment is up a steep flight of steps ( which we didn’t mind) and the location is just lovely - central to Lapad but tucked away and very peaceful. The apartment itself is quite dated but one of the best equipped in terms of crockery etc and immaculately clean. We had a shady terrace with a table and chairs and enjoyed watching the various cats passing through. 
Internet signal is good too. There is a large Tommy supermarket about a 10 minute walk away as well as restaurants and cafes all about. Nice walks close by along the coast and about an hour’s pleasant walk into Dubrovnik ( which incidentally was soo busy and we were glad not to be staying there). There are also buses into the old town and to Port Gruz. The owners were about but gave us privacy as well as chocolate and oranges from the garden. A very nice experience. 

Great budget accommodation 

The apartments are located in lapad which is a bus ride from the Old Town or a 40 minute walk. The flat is up a long flight of stairs from a street that is filled with restaurants and bars. No need to go far away for the tastiest food. Also, it is a 5 minute walk to lapad beach which is a mix of pebble and sand. great location.

The Apartment is very basic, perfect for a budget stay.

Cosy little place

Although our GPS had a hard time finding it (the address is a path, not a road), we were pleasantly surprised once we got our room. By no means a luxury apartment, we only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, polite service. A deservingly 2 star place, but safe and secure and less than a 5 minute walk from a main area. Considered an apartment because it has a small kitchen, it was fully equipped for coffee, tea, with a microwave and fridge. The only real negative thing that I would mention would be that since there is no reception per se, we were not able to check in immediately because the owners were not home. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Great location for a short stay

Its a bit hidden, but its a quiet and nice place. Even so they have problems whit getting the wifi to the rooms, so if you need it and its a rainy day you have a problem too. The roof is the only place where you can get it. Its near the beach but to reach to the city centre you have to take the bus (single ticket is 12 kn = 1,5 eur) or walk about 40 minutes.

Good value

Cheap accommodation, but even so, the furniture could be updated. Beds were very short, but air conditioning in bedrooms was a plus. Fairly well equipped kitchen and bathroom clean, if very old. Balcony with fantastic views was best point, but another negative was the flights of steps to reach the front door! Apart from the steps, location was great - 2 mins from the beach and in centre of Lapad.
