Lovely spacious apartment located on the hill 15 minutes walking from Dubrovnik city walls. Please bear in mind that there are lots of steps on the way to city centre. There is a bus stop near the apartment so there might be a bus service you could use.

My husband and I booked this accommodation through booking.com and expected to pay by card as was shown that it is possible. However, we found reviews when people warned that it is “cash only” and they had to go to arrange some cash for the staying. We are very grateful for those helpful reviews and we arranged cash in advance.

The owner Tatjana is very kind, helpful and very welcoming. She is speaking English what makes things easier as there were many places in Croatia were people speaks only Croatian and some German.

There is a private parking spot available. The apartment was clean, air conditioned. Comfortable bed, proper kitchen where you can cook. Water pressure, hot water - all fine. We had a balcony with a fantastic view on Dubrovnik where we spent our mornings having our own breakfast (not included).

I loved to be at Tatjana!!! She was very helpful and welcoming. It was very nice to be there. The view if amazing from the apartment. Everything was very good and it was a pleasure to be there. She speaks English.
One thing you have to think about: there will be a lot of stairs. :D

We went for the 4 person accommodation thinking it wouldn't be huge... and we were wrong. One of the only positive points is that we could accommodate at least 2 couples. The reception was warm. As far as my note goes: - apartment very far from the center. 15 minutes OK but very sloping and with lots of steps. I'm athletic (about 2-3 hours of sports per week) and yet I thought I'd leave my heart - no one with reduced mobility or discomfort to abstain - very old apartment matches the interior (not in the photos in the ad). Jesus will be in the photo all over the apartment - it was raining all night, we're in a patch (running) at the bottom of the bathroom - I still recommend that you do not go to the bathroom and take a bathroom.

Far from the center and outdated house

the apartment is located near Mount SDR and can be reached either by car or by bus No. 3. The owner is very nice and helpful. There are two rooms for three and four people. if you book the twin room does not have the use of the kitchen, but the owner will let you use her to cook. if you come from the harbor the place is very close mind is far from the airport. should use the bus to get to the ancient city because the price of parking can cost 100 kuna for an hour. great view and very low price. without a car the night return is problematic because the last one bus leaves at 00:50. The price is right

We had a pleasant stay at Tatjanas house. When we arrived we were very warmed welcomed by the ovner. 

There were never any problems, and Tatjana helped us when we needed help to book a taxi or needed to know about the bus or anything. 

The appartment was quite big for four persons, and it is very well equipped. We had the one on the ground floor and it had A/C, laundry machine, micro wave, refrigerator, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. 

The walk down to city centre took about 20 minutes. And the bus stopped close to the appartment. It was close enough, but a bit far and steep to walk home after a long day in town. 

We was invited to use the balcony, which was quite nice, but it is placed very near their family-house. 

We were 4 friends traveling, and I recommend this for everyone who visit Dubrovnik and want value for money. 



A nice stay

Tatjana was very friendly (in English/German). A parking space was included, right next door. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a spacious bathroom. Overall a good price/performance ratio. It is about 20 minutes walk back to the old town - hill; it takes a little longer because of the many steep stairs. Unfortunately we did not have internet reception, neither in the apartment nor on the terrace, nor the leading National Road. Nonetheless, the price was definitely recommended.

Affordable holiday accommodation

We had a great stay at Tajana's House, great rooms and an amazing view over Dubrovnik. Its about a 15/20 minute walk to the Old Town but its lovely walking through the narrow winding paths that lead there. Had a great time in Dubrovnik

Great Stay

Had a great stay at Tatjana's house. Tatjana was very welcoming and was always happy to help. The location is ideal for catching a bus back from the old city as the bus stop is right outside the apartment. The walk down to the old town would take about 20 mins and there are a number of steps. The view from the apartment was lovely and it was very well equipped. Tatjana arranged airport transfers for us and the apartment was very clean.
