Well what can I say ! What a perfect place with an even perfect host .From Tomas (the host ) arranging collection from the airport to arranging the collection home we could not fault it .This was our first experience of Croatia & it is truly spectacular .👌🏽The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches like home made liqueur to a welcomed little mini bar .Air con was fabulous as was very hot .🥵& everything you would need for a stay .its bang in the hustle & bustle of everything you could even see the menu from the restaurant  downstairs but we loved that we could hear people busying around & no end of places to eat & drink on your doorstep .Tomas really goes above & beyond ,Even bringing my husband a cake & wine on his birthday .You really are the best Tomas 🥰

We stayed for 6 nights at Perla Apartments which was the best decision i would say. Firstly the host Tomas is so kind and helpful, he almost guided us in each and every little detail we needed. We are vegetarians and had plently of options just outside the apartment as the apartment is on the street full of restaurants so we got one of the best vegetarian foods in different cuisines. We heard the restaurants serve really good sea food too. Ice cream shops are at a 1 min walking distance, supermarket is again a minutes walk, the Pile gate is a 4 mins walk from where most excursions pick up spot is, the Stradun street is a 2 mins walk, harbour is 4 mins walk, souvenir shops everything is so close by. We wanted to stay in the old town within the walls to experience history and the apartment is fully renovated to high standards in a property of 14th century. That feeling was the best. The view of the side street from the room is nice and cozy. We loved the special touch of the yummy cookies, candies and mini bar. The Air conditioner kept us nice and cool. Tomas even guided us which day tours we could explore and the one he suggested was really good. You could do the three island tour (Lopud being the best) and also a trip to Korcula. The cable car entry point is only 12 mins walk from the apartment and if you go via Ploce gate you will have minimal steep stairs. We wanted to have dinner at the Panorama restaurant on the top of Mt SRD. But online reservations showed it was fully booked. Tomas advised us to take the cable car closer to sunset for the best views and directly ask for a table at the restaurant. And to our luck, when we arrived there, they had couple of tables available and we got one of the best views from our seat. Totally loved our trip and we would  highly recommend staying at Perla Apartments as Tomas will go many extra miles to make sure you have the best stay.

We’d wanted to visit Dubrovnik for a while and I had no hesitation booking  the Perla Apartment with its fantastic pictures and even better reviews.
They did not do it justice, the service from Tomas and his wife was exceptional, the apartment, everything we could have asked for. His mums tipple, lovely, the added extras of chocolates/sweets/drinks/water. etc made for a great few days after being out all day. 
Tomas even gave us a lift to our car hire place, over and above service. 
The apartment is very central to all things Dubrovnik which made popping back for jumpers etc. an easy thing. 
We’d highly recommend your apartment to friends/family.

Amazing visit

Amazing place in a fantastic location. They have parking included (you park offsite). You don't need a car at all if you can drop it before you come but if you need it they'll take you to a safe location to keep it. 

You are literally right next to the "Dubrovnik Wall" and in a perfect location. The Thai massage place downstairs was great too. 

Don't hesitate! Book this place!!!

If you are looking to stay in the heart of Dubrovnik, old town Perla Apartments are the perfect place.  We stayed in the first floor apartment which had a comfortable bed, table, settee, and a kitchenette.  Tomas & his wife supply you with lots of lovely welcoming touches. Complementary drinks in the mini fridge, chocolates, snacks, a lovely liqueur his Mother makes (she should go into production), plenty of fluffy towels including beach towels.  The kitchenette had a coffee machine, kettle & toaster. 

This was our first experience of staying right in the middle of busy tourist spot & we wondered if we would be awake all night. The shutters & double glazing kept out the noise & the air con kept us cool.   The apartment is a few minutes from the Pile gate, up some steps from the Main Street (Stradun). A great location. Tomas was a wonderful host & kept in touch before & during our stay. He helped us arrange transport from the port & met us from the taxi, arranged a taxi for the airport when we left & recommended some good places to see during our stay.

We stayed here in May and had a fabulous time. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower.

Tomas is such a great host - nothing was too much trouble, he kept in touch to ensure our stay was going well, and even drove us to the ferry port on the day we checked out. 

Overall an excellent stay in the heart of the old town - we'd highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment..mini fridge stocked with welcome drinks, a bed like home and a million towels in the beautiful bathroom . The wonderful owner Tomas is so attentive and apartment is in a  Fantastic location within the city walls ...I can't praise it highly enough ..stay there ..you will definitely not be disappointed
