A great clean apartment in a lovely location with a friendly host. 
The apartment is 20 minutes bus journey outside of split which cost €1.70. There is a peaceful beach with crystal clear waters to relax and two beach bars either side of the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here. Easy access to the huddle and bustle of split and somewhere to relax after it.

Great apartment for a peaceful break

This was our first trip to Croatia and it really is a lovely place.   Sempetar is very quiet, with only two restaurants and bars. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced.  If you are looking for a lively holiday, then this location is not for you.   It met all our expectations of a very very relaxed and chilled holiday.
The beach is made of shingle, but an absolutely lovely bay to have a swim and sunbathe.  It was not crowded in any way, but maybe that this is just before the holiday season starts....I'm not sure.
The accommodation was very clean,  very well presented and comes fully equipped will all the essentials of an appartment, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.  Our room overlooked the harbour and had a very large terrace to relax on.
We couldn't have chosen a better location as the Supermarket, gift shop, bus stops are within very easy walking distance, literally just across the road.
The local town of Omis is only a short bus ride away costing  4 euros each.  This is a very picturesque town with beautiful mountains surrounding it.  It certainly is worth a mooch round.  Lots of restaurants/cafe's and bars to choose from but doesn't lose its beauty to being  over commercialised.  
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking to go back for another break in September.  This time we will hire a car to explore further afield.

I would like to finish this review by saying that our hostess Lidija was so welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay more welcoming.  Thank you so much and will be in touch to come and stay again in September.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

Our 2nd visit. This time we used apartment 1 overlooking the harbour. Very comfortable bed. Everything we needed for a wedding anniversary trip.  Hired a car so we could drive further along the coast although the bus no 60 is very frequent and runs from Split to Omis stopping minutes from the apartments.  Just be aware that you need cash as not many placed take contact less payments. Excellent mini supermarket opposite although it doesn't gave a cash machine. Does great takeaway coffee. Lidija is an excellent host and even brought us fresh strudel and cooked fish.  Beach just seconds away. 

Stunning location

Absolutely beautiful. The lady who owns the apartments was very accommodating, kind and caring. Quiet area which was needed before heading to Split. The view of the harbour from the apartment balcony is stunning. Beach 1 min from the apartment, local shop with everything you need and a beach restaurant near by. Really a lovely little find and we will definitely be returning!!

Amazing!

What a lovely place. The appartment is situated overlookingthe harbour and sea. We were in Room 3. Lovely spacious appartment with beautiful view of the mountain. The appartment had everything you needed, a nice balcony and was clean. The shower was amazing and the bed so comfy. Slept so well every night we were there! Supermarket just across the road with everything you need. The restaurant and beach bar so close snd msny others if you walk towards Dugi Rat. Lidjia was amazing. So incredibly friendly and welcoming. Orange, water and beer on arrival in the fridge for us when we arrived. She kindly brought us up some beach towels when we asked. We got back ome day to a lovely cheese and meat platter with olives and tomatoes too. On the way back her son's friend took us to the airport. She was so lovely too . Such a great stay. We loved it. Great days out to Split and Omis, beach and nice tours to do too in area. Bus service good. Every 20 mins to 30. Definitely will be back again. We loved it. Thank you Lidjia. 

A gem... don't hesitate to book. 

Let me say first the Lady who runs these apartments is lovely, our apartment kitchen and bathroom were clean well equipped both need attention, washing machine is next to the bath and empties into it, hand held tap shower  in bath. You need a car there is nothing there, two restaurants that are in walking distance are awful. Bus service is poor. I always book our holidays following great reviews people please be honest.

Needs updating

We stayed 6 days and we were not disappointed. It was clean with a stunning balcony facing the sea, we enjoyed breakfast out side almost every day. Lydia was very friendly and welcoming she had a starter pack in the fridge eggs/orange juice and beer which was lovely of her to do, she also made us  apple turnover for dessert one evening which was much appreciated she gave us her contact number so we could ask her for anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go again. Thank you for making our first visit to Croatia Split so enjoyable.

A lovely Apartment with a secluded beach

We had apartment 2 which overlooked harbour and apartment 3 which overlooked street and mountains.  Both modern and well equipped. Lydia was perfect host bringing us pastries and coffee on arrival and calamari and fish on another night, always checking if there was anything else we needed. The apartments are well situated, close to a beach and a cafe although this was closed as it was out of season.  The Coco Bar is not far away and we enjoyed proper pizzas one night.  There is a supermarket opposite apartments.  Buses run regularly to Omis and Split, every 30 mins to midnight. Bus stops 2 minutes walk. Fare approx 13 Kn each way to Omis. Renting a car in advance to pick up at airport is something we will do next time.  We had a car for 4 days and went to Krka National Park. This is amazing. Split Old Town worth a visit but my favourite place was Omis.  Ice cream is amazing everywhere. Eating out is not cheap. Expect to pay UK prices. The best bit are the views from the apartments....priceless.

Amazing location, amazing apartments and amazing host

Stunning views from our spacious apartment balcony meant we found our happy place just chilling in the amazing weather.  The apartment host is the lovely Lidja.  She made us so welcome on our arrival. She had put cold beers and water in the fridge before we arrived.  She asked me if I would prefer wine.  I explained I did not drink and she went over especially to the local shop to get me some ice cold fresh orange juice, which was so lovely.  She even brought us a plate of cheese, ham and olives one evening when we where sat on the balcony.
The apartment had everything in it we needed and was spotlessly clean.  
We stayed for ten days but really wish we had stayed longer.  Will return again.  Loved both Omis & Split.  On route between the two, we had a car but as we where not confident driving abroad, some days we used the buses which where reasonable. 
Finally cant fault this accommodation, however in an ideal world a car is ideal as the apartment is in a quiet spot.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful country.

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of September, had seen the reviews and was not disappointed!!! Beautiful huge apartment. 3 large bedrooms with all you could need. Balcony was massive and was lovely sitting out there at night with the lights on. 
Lidja was a perfect host, very friendly. Gave us some beer, water and juice on our arrival which was well needed. Arranged for her son to take us back to the airport. 
Only draw back was the bathroom. It was clean and tidy but needs an update. There is a washer in the bathroom and I managed to do all my washing before we came home. 
Has lovely beaches to either side of the hotel which are pepple beaches. A gift shop and market directly across the road. 
Just something to point out which has nothing to do with the apartment....when we arrived in split we decided to get a taxi to the apartments. Cost us over £60 which was a complete rip off. I checked uber and that was about£40. So before you go have  a plan of how you are going to get there.
