Excellent communication from Loris, from time of booking to arrival. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It’s an ideal base for the area, very peaceful but only 10-15 min walk to beach/restaurants/supermarket. We also hired bikes on site and Anthony was very helpful adjusting the bikes. We used the bus to go to Pula ( only 2 euros each way) did 2 boat trips and still had time to relax around the pool which was also very clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent accommodation, an ideal base for Fazana.

Me and my friend stayed in the apartment with terrace and closest to the pool. 
Apartment was perfect for two, with small but very convenient kitchen! Also the owners were so kind and helpful. 
The location is great starting point for cycling!
We will definitely be back :)

Great girls weekend break

Very spacious and clean room. Possibility to cook thanks to a kitchenette.
Located 1 km from the centre of Fasana, the place was very quiet.
The managers were very thoughtful and offered to take us by car to our next stop to avoid us to take the bus.
We highly recommend this place!

Very accommodating

My friend and I stayed at Villa Mihaela for the first time and we were both very impressed. The whole experience was exceptional, especially the hospitality of the owners (Mihaela and Loris) are on top. We stayed in apartment no.5 and everything in there was nice and very clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. Although the city center and the beach are close (10 min walk), the location is suitable for those looking for a more dynamic vacation, as for people looking for peace and quiet. We will be back 100%.

Excellent hospitality, great appartment, very clean, swimming pool perfect, clean and right temperature. Whole Vila Mihaela is nice and in peaceful environment, just few minutes walk from center Fažana.  We will come back for sure! 👌

Best hospitality

Lovely villa located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Fazana. 

The villa is very clean, spacious & comfortable with a lovely small pool to cool off in.

It is a well equipped villa with great facilities, WiFi & most importantly, such friendly, helpful hosts in Loris, Michaela & their son Anthony. They are happy to help with requests you may have & will be happy to offer advice.

A Gem in Fazana

We stayed here for a week in June while on family business in Croatia. The apartment was clean,  well presented, had everything we needed and we slept well. The owner, Loris, was really helpful and personable and the immaculate and refreshing pool was an added bonus . We would definitely stay here again when in the area. 

Can recommend

Very comfortable and clean apartment with pool view and sea view. Loris and Mihaela ( owners) are very friendly and great owners. It was a pleasure to relax in the apartment and ride a bike along the beautiful beaches, you can also rent a bike there. I will be happy to come back here!

Relax weekend

We stayed for a few days in this incredible house.  There is a very comfortable, very clean, stylish and romantic design of the apartment. It has everything, everything is new and high quality! And near the sea.
On the territory parking, big terrace and big swimming pool!  And the owners are such wonderful people, they will help and tell everything about this place.  I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!!!

The apartment is in a quiet location.  Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with all amenities.  There is a parking space on the territory.
