We got the upper floor apartment and it was modern, clean, bright and homey. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the fact that the bedroom was a separated room. The kitchen is small but functional. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and we got a lot of fresh towels. You have your own parking spot right in front of the house, which we really liked.
The only thing we missed a bit were mosquito nets on the windows so we had to use the AC to get some fresh air in the apartment.

The beach is near and you can choose between a man-made beach and a more natural one surrounded by pine trees so there is a lot of shade if you like that.

The owners were very nice, helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back.

Lovely apartment & nice owners

The apartment is new and modernly equipped. It is suitable for up to 4 people, but it is less suitable for cooking, because there are not enough kitchen utensils (for example, we missed a bigger pan, turner, grater, potato masher, more glasses ...). It is equipped with an AC that works very well. Wi-Fi is good; TV signal gets interrupted frequently so it is hard to watch a programme. It would be advisable to equip apartment with the mosquito net, as it is not healthy to sleep with the AC turned on at all the times.
The owner’s brother, who was at the property when we were there, was very helpful and lent us the kitchen utensils we needed and were mentioned above. 
The beach is 5 minutes away. There is a grocery shop 200m from the apartment. 
To sum it up, it is appropriate and nice for a short stay, less so if you want to stay for more than a week and if you want to prepare the meals yourself.
