Location is good, away from the main city center. 3 minutes by car and 10
min walking. parking is available. the host is nice and apartments are immaculate. they have provided all basic necessities. the view from the top apartment is beautiful.

Great

Good place to stay if you are in Hvar. The Apartments are clean and nice. It’s a 10-minute walk down to the city center wich is nice. It’s a calm place to stay at.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. 

Nice apartment near the citycenter

The apartment is really new, clean and comfortable. We had a whole kitchen with everything you need. The bed is comfy and the room balcony has an amazing view to the sunset. Josipa received us very well and helped with some information about ferry to leave Hvar. Also gave us some good information about restaurants.
The only low point is the distance to the city center, but it was not a problem for us. Would stay here again, for sure!

Perfect sunset

Staying at Josipa's apartment was a very special experience. We were met at the ferry by Josipa and received a wonderful welcome and we could not fault the accommodation which was spacious, spotless and of a very high standard. We most certainly will be returning!

Amazing apartment and spectacular views!

I arrived into Hvar by ferry with 5 of my friends and we were greeted by Josipa and her Father who gave us a lift to the apartment. Both were very friendly and showed us some of the best spots to go as well as the quickest way to the apartment on foot. 

On arrival, the apartments were spotlessly clean. 4 of us were in the apartment with a big terrace which was great for having food and drinks whilst looking out to the sunset over the sea. The apartment had 2 bathrooms too which was very helpful. The kitchens were well equipped so we cooked a couple of meals during our stay.

The apartment was just about a 10 minute walk to the port and beaches and there was no need for any taxis during our stay - other than us ‘arriving in style’ by taking a water taxi to Hula Hula Beach Club!

Josipa and her family were very friendly throughout the stay and offered to wash towels etc. She also offered to drop off our bags on the final day at the port given that we had an afternoon ferry which was another great touch.

After our departure from Hvar and arrival in Split, one of our group had realised that their Apple Watch had been left in the safe - incredibly this was then hand delivered to us in Split a few hours later - excellent service yet again!

We arrived in the evening on ferry. Our host picked us up from the port. She provided lots of information and tips on the area.
Apartments were the best we've seen in Croatia. We have traveled extensively and Pera apartments are new and modern with easy access to local groceries and walk into town. 10/10 

One of the best 

Josipa is your host.  She met us at,and later saw us delivered to, the ferry port, a huge plus.  The apartment-suite is pretty and spotless and has a great terrace for sitting out.  (If tasty-blooded like me you may need mosquito repellent, though the ones on Hvar are not the ferocious kind). Josipa gives all the information you need, and the walks to the beaches and old town are great fun and not far at all.  You really feel you belong here.  The price - in September anyway - is extremely reasonable.  Everything is good about this place.
