Pool is a little small but it doesn’t get that busy so it’s not a huge issue. It’s literally a 30 second walk from the beach. Loads of supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. The next few towns along are not far and it’s a lovely, scenic walk with loads to do and see. Overall this hotel is in a great location. 

Had an issue with the room booking but the staff sorted it straight away. The house keeping staff are really friendly. 

Rooms are really nice and clean. The views from the balconies are stunning. The fridge in the room is really handy too! Rooms also have aircon and netting on the window so you can leave it open at night which was great. 

Breakfast isn’t bad at all. Good selection of food to choose from.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Good value and good location! 

Perfect location 

Stayed here for 1 night as a nice half way point between Split Airport and Split. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. The room was quiet. The breakfast had the necessities (omelettes, sausages, vegetable skewers, yogurt, fruits, smoothies, pastries, etc.). We were allowed to store our luggage on check out day as we waited for our transfer. We had no complaints - highly recommend. 

Cozy Stay

A very charming hotel very well located on the seafront. Ideal for visiting Split, Trogir and surroundings. A car is needed but parking is free. The staff is absolutely adorable, friendly and very attentive to the reception as well as at breakfast and bar. Everyone is very smiling. Only a small nod to emphasize for the acoustics of the rooms on the first floor. Provide quiet balls for noise-sensitive people like me...

Very good hotel by the sea.

It's a shame for two tourists like us to find themselves sleeping in a car and not being able to get a ride from their travel agency GO VOYAGE.

The great Arnacus, scandalous.

The hotel's a shame, cheapest breakfast, pool moderated, wellness in the dark basement, rooms unprepared, staff was nice, no restaurant, nothing, completely unrecommended, only a shame, finger off.

The only disaster - sleeping in the car

Very good location by the sea (it's not the best beach but it's still nice), with free parking and close to several small restaurants. The rooms are spacious and modern, the breakfast buffet is good. The presence of ants in the room (despite the use of special talc by the staff), in the hallway (we saw them along the walls) and in the dining room have little to spoil our appreciation of the hotel. The pool is very clean and pleasant. The staff is sometimes nice, sometimes a little cold... so mixed opinions on the hotel.

Mixed

We were a group of 11 friends and family staying 5 nights at Villa Zarko. There was a small hiccup with a couple of originally booked room types not being available on the first night, but it was soon rectified the next day. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely each morning and as we were leaving early on our last day, staff even started breakfast 30 minutes earlier to accommodate for us. Hotel is in a great, quiet location right across the road from a quiet beach. Supermarket and several restaurants  in walking distance.  Would highly recommend. 

Great boutique hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at Villa Zarko.Hotel located just across road from the beach/sea. Staff at this small hotel were absolutely delightful,Božidar and all of the staff were just so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.They surpassed all expectations,willingly giving advice about any proposed visits/ trips.The hotel did not serve evening meals but once again the staff were very helpful regarding nearby restaurants and cafes.They also had takeaway menus available,would order meals for you and  even provide cutlery and place in the dining room for you to eat it - couldn't have asked for more!
Bedroom was a good size and cleaned daily.Substantial breakfast with omelettes available.Swimming pool area kept spotlessly clean at all times.A lovely,quiet,relaxing holiday helped by the wonderful weather.

Superb

This was a wonderful hotel right across from the beach with beautiful views from our room with a balcony. The staff is super friendly and a wonderful breakfast is served daily. There’s a restaurant about a 15 minute walk for dinner or or a late lunch. I would stay again if I’m ever able to visit Croatia again. 

Beautiful location

We chose this place for access to the airport after travelling around the islands for 3 weeks. Very good location on the seafront and a nice little pool that the kids enjoyed. Staff were very friendly, free pool towels and breakfast was nice. Would recommend. Only issue was the sea was less nice than other places we had stayed.  Not the hotels fault though.
