I paid 70 euros for the night for a two-room apartment in the top, fifth floor, tastefully renovated, comfortably furnished and a bedroom with three windows in different directions (to the cathedral/festland, towards Dubrovnik and the yacht port). An air conditioner is not needed there even in the high summer. The road to the catamaran plant is conceivably short. To the night: the apartment is in the house of the Pizzeria Tedeschi, smell and noise fumes are considerable, the house is at the restaurant mile, in all the restaurant houses are dining. Grade when groups are in the beef, it can't be quite loud. Between 23:00 and 24:00 it will be very quiet, then it is completely quiet. Unfortunately, the WiFi and the TV are not working, although the first nine days, Ive said, are not very nice.

Windows in three directions - airy!

PERFECTION! Staying at Apartments Tedeschi was like stepping back in time - like 500 years! - but with the modern conveniences (comfy beds, nice bathroom and kitchen). The views were AMAZING! Ivo and Katija were fantastic, and shared great information about the island including where to eat: LoLe, BOKAR Wine Bar, and of course Pizzeria Tedeschi (which is on the first floor of the building and was the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA we had in Korcula!)

So much more than just a great place to stay!

A family-owned operation with very good care by its owners and only a few meters from the port of Corchula. comfortable and clean accommodation, with sea view. On the ground floor there is a pizza restaurant and pastas very recommended. There are stairs to the rooms, as in almost all the apartments on the island.

Katya the cheerful proprietress kindly offered the services of her teenage grandson to transport our two carryons up to the squeaky clean and quaint 4th floor apartment.  One double bed and two single beds filled the bedroom with strong AC. The living area has an adorable kitchen, shower, books, table, etc and a fan. The views of the sea and harbor were breathtakingly beautiful. It was also very convenient to be in the Old Town a quick walk to the main sights and the sword dancing show Monday and Thursday nights. We’d just missed tennis great Djokovic who’s stayed in Korcula the past two summers. The pizzeria on the ground floor looked delicious. 
       It was very quiet at night with the windows shut. The only thing that disturbed my  sleep was the 6am church bells that ring continuously for a good minute- heard in Split too!  My friend slept through them.  As it’s hot midday the Korculans hit the beaches early in the morning, eat lunch, take a nap and return to the beach in the late afternoon. 
       The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the ferry landing, right inside the city wall along a promenade filled with restaurants. When departing from Korcula by ferry, depending on the wind, the boat departs from opposite harbors  near the entrance of the Old Town.  So you need to show up at the ticket office 30 minutes before to find out if the ferry will arrive at the East or West side. There are two major ferry companies, check the ferry times to find which suits your schedule. Thank you Katya and your lovely husband for your warm hospitality.  

Clean, charming and well-equipped 

We loved Apartments Tedeschi, and its owners Ivo and Katya. The double room is cozy and well-decorated, with a comfy bed, closet, small corner seating area and a small fridge for storing nibbles. The view from the room is breathtaking, overlooking the promenade below and the sparkling Adriatic beyond that. At night, we opened the window to enjoy the sea breeze and soothing live music playing just down the street. The location is great, on the outer ring of the old town with all its restaurants and shops. There's even a nice swimming area on the other side of the wall outside the apartment. Downstairs, Ivo and Katya also run a pizzeria, where we had one of our best meals in Croatia. The seafood pizza is delish! We highly recommend a stay here.

Cozy room with spectacular views of the Adriatic

The general impression was not good. We booked here trusting the positive reviews, but we were rather disappointed. The owner came to greet us in the parking lot smelling of alcohol, and without asking anyone's permission he put his hands in the trunk of our car, grabbed a bag and did it to throw it away, not worrying about what was inside. Fortunately we managed to stop it before it threw our clothes in the trash. He accompanied us to the apartment: excellent position, given nothing to laugh at, I have to go to the 4th professional luggage loader, that the stairs are rather narrow. The cleaning table was not as you described: we found the ticket desk under the toilet seat, and we saw the walls, and in the closet, we had to pay for it.

Not exactly what we expected.

We rented the 1 bed apartment and a double room for a week. The place is immaculate and really beautifully kept. The apartment kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. Bedroom has a little fridge for water etc.
Ivo and Katya live on the first floor and are always there if you need something. They also have the pizza restaurant downstairs which does lovely pizza and is reasonably priced. We were given clean towels each day and extra for the beach  when I asked which was great. The location is superb! You are bang in the centre of the old town but right on the water. Although the rooms are over the busy restaurant area there is no issue with noise after about 11pm and once the windows are closed you hear nothing anyway.

Spotless clean apartment and bedrooms 

Apartment well located in the city centre. So well located that it is impossible to access or even get close to it by car (not specified in the Booking.com ad). Family with 4 suitcases + qq bags = misery! The apartment is very average and more to the taste of the day. Air conditioning only in the room (but this is enough). Very nice view of the apartment but it is worth it! Our apartment was on the 6th floor without elevator obviously (not specified in the ad as well). Literia. So the result: 800m with suitcases (parking and paying of course) + 6 floors with suitcases. Otherwise very well located once again Our apartment 130€ When I see on the other reviews quite far away, the criteria should not be in phase with the whole world.

Well-placed housing

We rented two of Ivo & Katija's lovely rooms for our short 2 night stay on Korcula. Ivo was waiting for us downstairs outside the pizza restaurant when we arrived - such a character while Katija worked hard to make sure our rooms were perfect. Lovely hosts & a spectacular location right in the heart of Korcula old town with views across the water. Highly recommended. Hope to come back someday.

Fantastic

A very nice clean apartment in great location, a great view from window.
Easy walk from ferry and the owners are very nice and helpful.
Pizza below is good and easy walk to plenty of restaurants and water.
