This place was THE best location on the island. As promised, a great view. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Nina is a great hostess. We were able to leave our bags there while she cleaned our room, and we went to the pizzeria just in front called Pizzeria Pape. The food and wine are great, the prices are reasonable, and the service is good. Need I say more?

In addition to the pizzeria, you're surrounded by waterfront restaurants and bars. It's a quick walk to either marina if you're exploring. 

The room has a small frig, coffee/tea, even some fruit. Smart TV too. The bathroom is small, but that's ok. It has AC. Yeah!

Stairs to get to the "beach" are 10 steps away. Water is a bit cold for Floridians, so consider bringing a neoprene water shirt. Also good to have goggles or a mask/snorkel.

WARNING: bring water shoes to Croatia. Here in Korcula, I stepped on a sea urchin walking down the ladder. Don't let this happen to you! If it does, buy a bottle of vinegar immediately.

(If you're not able to walk up stairs, this is not the place for you.)

Warning: Google maps will take you the wrong way when you get off the ferry.  Facing town, turn to the right and up a little ramp and you're REALLY close. 

Perfect location, great value, don't miss Apartments Nina!

Excellent room and great location. You really can’t beat the location right on the outer wall in the heart of everything. The room was great. Check in was a little tricky as no one was around but we managed to make it work. Staying here made our time in Korcula great. We even enjoyed the shared outside terrace to have a glass of wine in the evening. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Korcula.

Great place and location.

We stayed in these apartments for one night earlier this summer. The location of this apartment is by the seaside with many restaurants and shops right outside the apartments. 

The apartment itself is small but not lacking in any amenities. We spent minimal time in the room but it is an adequate, comfortable place. Nina and Martin are very helpful from fetching you from the ferry port and helping with luggage. 

We recommend staying in this place without reservations.

Excellent Seaside Location on Restaurant Street

The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs in the middle of the Old Town. It is above the restaurant area but as the windows are double glazed there is no noise.
The apartment looks over the sea and has a stunning view. It is also apposite a swimming place.  The room is small but provided everything we needed.  It was a superb base for our stay.

Lovely apartment in the old town with incredible views of the sea

We stayed for two nights in an ideal location. Our rooms had a wonderful view of the Adriatic sea. The rooms were spacious with smart tv, comfortable beds and a small kitchen.
Old-town Korčula is a few stops away and within minutes on foot you can visit the sightseeings. 
Last but not least the stuff was very welcoming, friendly and helped us with the heavy luggages.

Friendly stuff, good location and very clean

We stayed one night in this sweet little place - it consists of only a few rooms a few floors above ground level, with gracious service and in an ideal location. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and the sound of the water lapping against the stone lulled us to sleep at night. The room was small but efficient - a comfortable bed, enough room for us and our baggage without feeling crowded, a tiny table with hideaway stools (one of which I used as a tiny writing desk, sitting on the edge of the bed), and a small but clean bathroom. A wonderful touch was the complimentary pair of bananas and box of apple juice waiting for us in the room. Nothing in old-town Korčula is far away, and within minutes on foot you can be at the port, at the cathedral, or on the other side of town. We enjoyed exploring the town and walking in its immediate outskirts - we walked along the waterfront away from the old town walls and turned around to get a beautiful view of the entire old town. We found the merchants and restaurant staff in Korčula to be welcoming and friendly. Apartments Nina is not fancy, but it is well-suited to the low-key charm of this beautiful place. The price was great too - a very good value.

Delightful place to stay in a magical town

One of the prettiest places to stay in delightful Korcula Island - within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal - Marte  very helpful in carrying bags to apartment on top floor and carrying them down again on our departure - helped us find supermarket on the hill behind the main tourist area where we had to buy a new suitcase.  All in all would recommend staying here.

Wonderfully Appointed Apartment in delightful Korcula

Outstanding apartments, big and comfortable with great views and well equipped. Excellent location close/next to great restaurants and ferry port.

Now the best is Nina herself, a great, friendly and sweet person and one heck of a cook. She makes one the best omelets we have ever had and she truly makes you feel at home. What a nice lady!!

Awesome Nina

Such a great spot with lovely views.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry wharf, the bus stop and numerous restaurants immediately outside your door.
Spotlessly clean with fresh air or air con. A small refrigerator, tea making facilities, wine glasses and cereal bowls, very small table with hideaway stools, T.V and a wardrobe space.
A very nice Breakfast is available on rooftop terrace for a small fee..
Add to this super host and you've got everything to make your stay,  short or long, very comfortable.
There are stairs so if you have mobility problems check.
Thoroughly recommend.
