We were greeted by Filip at the wharf and kindly escorted to the apartment some 150m away, almost adjacent to the main entrance of the old city gate. The location was extremely convenient and the “deluxe” room was very comfortable. The kitchen was small but useful and the laundry equipment a real help after a few weeks of travel. We will certainly be back if we have the opportunity to visit Korcula again.

Outstanding value and location

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay.

Filip met us at the ferry port and walked with us to the apartment, which was only a few minutes away. He even helped carry my luggage. He was very helpful and provided us with information and recommendations for Korcula.

The location is fantastic - steps away from the sights of the historic centre, but away from the hustle and bustle. We didn't have any issues with noise. 

The apartment is clean, spacious and included a lot of useful amenities. IThe only issue was that the handheld shower would sometimes fly off its holder when I turned off the water for a shower because the water pressure was so strong, so just be careful not to turn on the water too strongly.

Great location and service


We were met off the ferry from Dubrovnik by Filip and walked the very short distance to our 1st floor studio apartment. On arrival it was clean and spacious. 

Filip gave us a quick tour and assured us if we needed anything to contact him. He pointed out some tourist info and left us alone as he had other arrivals to sort out. 

The furniture in the room consisted of a good double bed, a sofa which probably converted into another bed, 2 armchairs and table, and 3 bar stools. There was a flat screen TV and a good air conditioning unit. The kitchen area had a 2 ring hob, fridge, sandwich toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. (I missed a proper toaster or grill but that's just me) There wasn't a great amount of storage for clothes but it wasn't a big problem as the apartment was spacious. The bathroom (hairdryer included)was clean and other than the fact the holder for the shower head was missing everything was fine. 

The restaurant downstairs was a bit noisy but this added to the holiday feel and seldom caused any annoyance. 

Towel's were changed frequently and the bed linen once during our 8 day stay.

The apartment couldn't be closer to the center of Korcula town and was a great place to stay.

Unlike a lot of holiday accommodation there were ample sockets positioned all around the apartment.

All in all this apartment was good although one of the reasons we choose it was because description online stated there was a washing machine and we knew we would need one by this point in our holiday, but it turned out there was no machine. However Maya who appeared to be the housekeeper very kindly offered to wash our laundry for us. (Thanks Maya).

Relaxing place to stay

Filip waited for us at the Port and kindly offered to help us with the luggage on our way to the apartment. During the few meters he explained and recommend what to do in Korcula. He is most definitely the asset to this place, besides the location. 

The apartment we stayed in was nicely decorated and with a nice kitchen, bathroom and bed (no complaints here).

Our major issue with the apartment was the noise. You could hear the conversations from the apartment next to us a clear as if they stood right next to you. Secondly the place is located next to a café or such, where they played loud music until late. This was a problem since the walls and floors are paper-thin, so we could hear and feel every beat.

So we recommend remembering your earplugs. 



Great location, great host, but noisy

Our apartment was amazing!!!   Very comfortable with all the requirements you could imagine......even a washing machine.
We were met by the owner, a lovely young man, who took the time to explain everything to us.
Location was excellent.  Easy walking distance to all shops, cafes and the breathtaking waterfront.

Highly Recommended

Near the beach and the Old Town a lovely apartment with exposed stone walls and wooden beams. Close to shops and restaurants with all the comforts of home. Well kept, clean & tidy.
Free Wi-Fi and public parking nearby.

Lovely apartment in great location...

The apartments proposed by Stelina were designed in a particularly well renovated old building: carved stones, apparent beams, nothing was left to chance to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Only the view is limited (1st floor) due to the proximity of the surrounding houses. In addition the building is located just a few meters from the main entrance to the old town of Korčula, ramparts and even a small beach!

Character building and central location

We were picked up in the center of Korcula and walked together to the apartment. We were well received and were given tips on where to park and what to see. The room was beautiful and very centrally located. The old town is very beautiful and you can admire many beautiful sights.

Very central

The apartment is very nice, in the center, modern areas with a bohemian touch..but the second without an elevator with those steep stairs killed me.The shower is very small and the regular bed.For one night it's not bad, but if something has proved to me Croatia is that quality is not matched by price.For half of what we cost (80€), we've found accommodations just as good.

Price for the clouds...as high as the second elevator-free one in which it is located.
