The owner who lives in a house right next to the lodging facility greeted us as soon as we pulled our motorcycle in the parking area. She let us leave our baggage in the covered garage to go off to Plitvice Lake National Park since we arrived before the check-in time. The room was large and clean with modern interior, clean bathroom and very comfortable orthopedic matress. (They must have renovated the rooms, since the pictures provided by an user on this page do not correspond at all with what we had. Our room on the first floor was very modern and luminous.) The owner and the family were nice, too.The only downfall was that wifi was very slow in our room.

Very comfortable stay in a beatiful region of Croatia that is so worth your money!

Excellent and economical solution for visiting the Plitvice lakes, the entrance of which is a few kilometers away. Very spacious and very clean room as well as the bathroom. Good reception and comfortable place for the car and the refrigerator in the room. Very good quality/price ratio considering the proximity to the park. Restaurants not far away for dinner. Only negative note: uncomfortable pillows.

This is a good time for lakes in Plitvice.

Hotel Marijanovich is not far from the lakes, its in peaceful are. Owner is very nice and friendly woman. Rooms are very well designed. Have free wifi, balcony, and everything you need. Highly recommended. 
She has many animals near the hotel sic as a pigs, chickens, cats etc. Only the thing I would change, pigs are in a dark garage, they can't even see sun. Please make place for them outside for day time, the rest is great! Thank u.

Clean and spacious rooms with freezer in the room. Breakfast not included. If you want to visit the lakes we recommend you to arrive early (usually the queue is quite long especially in August). We made an itinerary all on foot: departing from entrance 1 then big waterfall. We followed the directions to take the ferry. Since the queue to take it was very long we made the whole route on foot (beautiful but long). When we reached the other shore we climbed all the other lakes. When we arrived at the end we picked up the train from ST3 to ST1 (near entrance 1).

Quiet and perfect for visiting the Plitvice lakes

It's in a perfect location to visit the lakes, a dozen kilometers away, and have several nearby places where you can have breakfast and consume meals. It has eight bathrooms, one of which has a kitchen corner. When we stayed it had rained and then snowed, the temperature was only 2 degrees and the rooms were well heated. Clean and spacious rooms, with a completely new bathroom, but without phon. The environment is in the open countryside. The owner was very courteous and kind, not being able to prepare breakfast for us, because she was going to work, where we were a group of 16 people, she found a cake made in the house and gave us a bottle of cranes made by Wi-Fi.

Visit to the lakes 24-25 April

We've booked this apartment on recomendation of a friend and it turned out great. The host Sladjana is very helpful and kind. The rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. The small center of Korenica is only a 3min drive away. There you can find some supermarkets, bakery etc. The entrance to the NP Plitvice is about a 20 min drive. At only 25 eur/night this is for me the best choice!

Great value for money

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, the bathroom was okay and we had a balcony. The landlords were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little outside the restaurants about 3 minutes by car, about 20 minutes to the waterfalls. We would love to visit this property again anytime.

Vacation at the farm

The highlight of this rental room is the excellent location compared to the lakes of Plitvice, but the location is also convenient for the proximity of some of the surrounding villages, with several restaurants and supermarkets.

Great location, comfortable room.

It's a great place to visit the lakes. Clean and spacious rooms, with very well-maintained bathroom. The surroundings are in the open countryside, totally immersed in the tranquility of the Croatian mountains. The owner was very polite and kind, giving away a bottle of grappa produced by themselves at the time of departure. The silence and relaxation make her master.

Bathroom clean, no shower gel or shampoo included.
I dunno why but towels were wet.
No dryer 
Free wifi but not good, really slow.
