A great apartment - clean, big and super equipped. The pool is great and the centre of Punat can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Francoise is a great host who has taken care of every request. Really great! We felt very well and would definitely come back.

Great apartment and great host

We were there for the second time and will be driving back. The landlords are super nice and friendly. When we arrived, our fridge was even filled with a selection of sausage, fruit, milk and water. The landlords speak French and English. The German is not spoken. The pool is maintained and cleaned every day. A good place to relax. The proximity to the marina has advantages, but you can occasionally hear the construction noise of the yard. Nevertheless, it's a good thing to stay. The beds are good and they're fresh. The towels are changed every four days.

Great place to stay.

We've been here for three weeks in apartment six, big cooling/colding mix, air conditioning, etc. The apartment is well equipped, it's a small collection of cutlery and dishes, but in sufficient quantity.

Very nice host, very nice swimming pool, very well maintained.

Very nice newly renovated apartments, sea view and small pool, barbecue facilities, free internet. The nicest and most spacious is the mansion although it has a very small terrace, the others have a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the bay! It is located two steps from the pedestrian area and convenient to the port. Private parking. Weak points: prices are not competitive, cleaning is not impeccable and the outdoor stairs become very slippery if it rains. Otherwise you can go to the safe!

With my eyes closed

It's a small apartment complex not far from the center of Punat, the area is quiet, away from the noise of the streets, my apartment upstairs was spacious, clean, with a kitchen, a large bathroom, and a terrace.

Nice accommodation

We stayed for a week in the basement apartment (second floor) with two bedrooms. The apartment is clean, spacious and well furnished, the large shower is very comfortable! The Velux type windows offer a nice view of the tourist port and allow good ventilation of the apartment which, being a basement, reaches quite high temperatures. The air conditioning is only in the living room and a little noisy, but in our case it could be used without price supplements (probably depending on the type of booking).

Appropriate accommodation

A super warm welcome from the owners who are working hard to make our stay happy. A beautiful apartment, very pleasant, with its large rooms and large terrace that offers a view of the marina of Punat and the super sunset at the end of the day.

That's great.

Can't say anything bad about the appartement, we had the cellar apartment for 2 nights. We were received really well by francois who gave us a lot of tips. The restaurants and harbour is a 3min walk. Free parking at the back and a nice terrace for our apartment. You have to pay for the airconditioning extra but we didn't needed it at night.

Clean appartement on good location

Six days staying at Monika Apartmani, during Ferragosto week 2015. Good location for southern beaches of Krk Island (by car) and center of Punat (walking); cozy and fully equipped flat; relaxing sunset view on the marina. Monika and Francois have been always very kind and smart with us. We can suggest it to everybody.

Perfect stay

Apartment very well equipped with beautiful terrace Quiet except from 8h, noise from the marina Apartment located in the center of the island Super Conseil de François (owner) in French for what is to see and do Beach 3 km
