We come here often for our summer holidays. It is great place to stay, for shorter or longer period. Very warm family service. We use 2 room app, with 2 double- beds, sofa, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and glass-ceramic cooker, also all basic dishes and tools. Nice furniture and bathroom, too. Large windows, big terrace with stunning seaview, few steps from the beach. Nearby beach bar serves icecream, drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. It is a quiet place, not crowded with tourists. Perfect for walks, swimming, nearby seafood or pizza restaurants. In the village there is a small bakery kiosk and vegetable/fruit kiosk and info agency where you can book different attractions. It is few kilometers from Umag or Novigrad. You can ask owner Alen for recommendations what to do around if you like more activities - he advised us great fishing, scuba diving, trip to Venezia by boat, restaurants, winemakers. 

Excellent accommodation

Penthouse apartment is highly recommended. Giant terrace, shared with the only second apartment on the top floor. Absolutely quiet location. Directly by the sea. Giant green space (no stunning feeling!). Parking lots right next to the house. Really very, very friendly and uncomplicated owner!

The apartment is right by the sea, our room had the accessory terrace with table, chairs, drawer and stretchers. The furniture was new and modern. The room was clean, we only caught a couple thousand feet leaving the window open and being the context immersed in nature. So nothing to be left out.

On the sea

The residence is really nice, new, equipped in front of the sea!!We were in an apartment on the top floor with the super terrace in common with the other apartment but there is space and privacy for everyone! Alen is very available and friendly. San Lorenzo is a quiet, nice village and close to all the larger countries if you want to move otherwise it is the ideal place to rest in peace. A few steps away there is a small bar that makes a good coffee and as you continue the walk there is a fresco that sells snacks, breads and baked goods. If you don't want to move the car the village also offers 3 places to eat with two. We'll be back! Thank you Alen. Silvia and Stefano

Relaxing weekend at sea

I was there with my wife this weekend.The previous reviews describe everything perfectly so I won't add anything.The accommodation is great the location the cleanliness and the atmosphere, a little bit the period doesn't help but we're at the beginning. Here you enjoy total relaxation away from stress and chaos.

A relaxing weekend.

We stayed with the family not the first year, the location is excellent, to the sea 10 meters, next to a small beach bar that operates until 22.00, the apartments themselves are new, neat, the owner regularly updates them, although not much to update, for a comfortable living there is everything necessary (container, refrigerator, clean bedding, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV).Near the apartments there is free parking for cars. We lived in a room with terrace on the first floor, on the terrace of each room there are their own beds, in the evening it was nice to enjoy the noise of the sea under a glass of wine, and in the afternoon, if it was hot on the beach, you could sit on the terrace, all the best people in the area are happy to do, and all the attention is paid to our apartments, the best people in the neighborhood.

This is the perfect place to be!

Regarding the apartments they're new, clean and with a wonderful view on the sea.
If you're looking for a calm, by the sea place this is where to look for.

It's unpaid.

Apartments of last construction to what is called a step from the sea maximum 15 meters. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner's wife who was still cleaning our apartment, the minutiae in the cleaning was overwhelming! Not far from the apartments there is a small bar, run directly by the owner of the same, where to spend the evenings sitting by the sea.

Summer holidays

We loved these apartments. They are newly built in a modern house at the end of a small and quiet village Lovrečica. The property is located 15 m from the sea and you could enjoy the view right from your bed. We had a small studio which was big enough and the bathroom was not too small. The furniture is new, modern and simple. In front of the apartment there was a big terrace with sun loungers facing directly the sea. You could go for a swim and come straight back to the comfort of your sun lounger. Perfect. The owner was friendly and laid back. The village is a short drive away from Umag and the supermarkets and is very quiet. There is nothing in a walking distance except a bar, caffe and a restaurant, but we loved that. We'll be back for sure.
