I should begin by admitting that my rating would be higher, if it wasn't for the female manager, I had contact only by phone. She is a sociopath and should not work with people. It started when I contacted her trying to find a solution for cancellation options. She was utmost rude, and I couldn't bring myself to try and contact her again, although that meant I would lose 1700 EUR. We ended up going to Viganj nevertheless...upon our arrival there was nobody to give us the keys and I asked my husband to call her. After few minutes he couldn't handle her and gave me the phone. With raised rude tone she reproached me for not being exact about our arrival time (i had sent her an email voluntarily with approximate time of arrival).

The apartment is spacious, well-built and furnished and Viganj is a nice place to be. Yet the 5 stars the apartments are (self?) rated with is definitely overrated. Small cooker with only two plates makes cooking a challenge, limited cutlery as well. Used kitchen towel should not be there in a two-star facility. The swiming pool is more the size of a big jacuzzi than pool. The price is 30% too high for the otherwise solid apartment in second rate tourist destination - island Korcula across is first rate, Viganj is interesting mostly for its surfing/kiting possibilities.

The other two hosts, I met live (a cleaner and local manager Tonci) were really nice, sadly the damage was done.

Rude manager in an overrated apartment

Absolutely perfect in every way... swimming in pool or crystal clear seas and such incredible views. Accommodation is superb and very modern but still with local Croatian charm. Shop and ATM walking distance and Korčula a short drive away! 

Fantastic Host, fantastic views, fantastic place!

The location is great, centre of Viganj literally on the beach front.  The apartments have a number of good facilities, BBQ, pool, sunbeds on terraces and small pebble beach and are equipped with most things you need for a medium term stay.  The studio apartment layout needs changing as the beds are in a sloping ceiling, so if you stand in the night you are likely to hit your head (I did).  Cleaning needs greater attention. 
There is a private underground car park, which needs some organising to ensure that you don't get blocked in (we had drivers knocking on our door asking if vehicles were ours to move etc.)

The hosts are easy to contact by What's App if there are issues or for check-in, etc.  They were most helpful when I stupidly left my jewellery in the apartment and as the manager was coming to Split, where we had travelled onto, she arranged to meet us there.

Beachfront views, but some issues

What a splendid location, splendid hostess and a fine appartement!
Peljesac is a great venue for a week. Lots of nice villages, beautiful bayes and excellent surroundings.  We had here the  zefir 3 appartement for the two of us. Well equipped, very clean, great balcony and superb view on the bay and on Korcula island. Laura and Ante are excellent hosts and we spend a lovely week here. No minor points? Just one. The shower fits only people up to 1.65m. Bad construction. Shop with the basic needs just 50m away. Nice plungepool.  Good restaurants on walking distance.  Ciringito a.o. Highly recommanded. 

Perfection

Great trip, great housing, great people! 

Croatia is beautiful and staying at EOL really showed us that. We rented bikes and rode around in the mountains and along the coast. All around a great place to stay even during off season. I hope others will enjoy it as much as i did.

Family trip to Croatia during off-season.

It was our 3rd trip to this lovely peninsula and certainly not the last. Property very well managed and maintained. Our room was very clean and the host really friendly. The views are just stunning and the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

A perfect view

This is an amazing place but it doesn't fit my standard for any 5 stars accommodation I have experienced anywhere in the world. Am I too spoiled or a rules book that sounds more than a legal agreement shown upon the arrival and that assure me some rights like peace, wifi, confort that is not respect at all by the other guest is too much? This morning we woke up by the noise made by the owners or other guests. The wifi doesn't work well. If the house can host more than 15 people, why there are maximum 2 beds in the swimming pool and 4 on the beach? I accepted all the rules, but the service is not the level I am used to: the kitchen it is fully equipped, but really do I have to bring or to buy coffee? Really in a 5 starts resort? Are we kidding? The view is amazing but really do I have to bring the chairs from the garage if I want to enjoy the sea or the pool? The location is beautiful but really do I have to argue with other guests, totally impolite, who take my bed on the beach and throw away my things? Low standard of services = low standard of guests, this is my opinion. When I asked the lady in charge why the comfort is so poor and everyone like screaming kids are doing whatever they like, the answer had been: "everyone is a grown up person". So in this place I am the only, alone grown up person who respect the rules. Super, never more here in my life and no suggested to any polite, elegant grown up person.
