A picturesque placement, great sea views from all rooms and beach in 3 min by foot, but secluded. No public transport, only car or taxi for 10 km from Umag. Also no signs of night life (but we did not searched it), it is a villa settlement, a quite place for relaxation. A personal is very friendly. But don't look for big comfort. Their main business is a restaurant on the ground floor, and the rooms seem just addition to it, so for the week we were there there was no room cleaning, towels changing etc. It's more apartment than a guesthouse. But the restaurant is very good and if you are not very fastidious and do not need more than a quiet solitary rest, just sun, sea and picturesque hills around - it is a place for you.

Went there to eat or drink but the little chubby waiter rudly sent us on our way because one of us didnt wear a shirt. The olace is near the beach. Suxx. Otherwise the food is bad. The view is good though.

Worse service ever!

Wonderful family atmosphere, made you feel like part of the family. Very friendly staff and very attentive.  The rooms were nice and overlooking the water.   The food was amazing!  We ordered the breakfast with our overnight stay, very nice and plentiful.  Definitely would visit again if the opportunity arose.
