I have a knack of finding good accommodation, so good I gave myself pat on shoulder when I arrived at Villa Nona! :) Nona was fantastic hostess, gave us plenty of good recommendation on where to go. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped if you want to cook simple in the apartment. Breakfast area is in the garden where you can enjoy the sunny weather, company by their lab Benny and very shy cat (sorry cant remember her name...)
Location of the villa is great too. In less than 5 mins you will be at Marina, Lidl & DM are less than 2 mins walk, Cikat bay is approx 10 mins walk. Free parking is limited, Nona will tell you which side of the road you cant park. Parking is a general problem in that area. 
Mali Losinj is a nice simple town, plenty of liveliness into midnight at the Marina, but once back in Villa Nona's you have peaceful quietness and occasional cricket orchestra.

Fantastic Villa, excellent location

If you like having a rest in a familiar atmosphere, you should go to Villa Nona! The 150-year-old house is very nice and clean. To get to the town-centre, you should walk only 5 minutes and 12 minutes to get to the beach. If you like to meet new people, you should go to Villa Nona because it's a great fun to cook together with other people in the open-air  kitchen and have meals together in the lovely terrace... I have spent a week there with my family and I'm sure I'll go back as soon as possible!

Island Lošinj is a beautiful destination, especially its southern part - Mali Lošinj, Veli Lošinj and Rovenska. The great thing is that there are many paths for walking and driving bicycle. For this Villa Nona was good starting point, although the nice beaches were still a little bit too far away. City center of Mali Lošinj is really close. The building is beautiful and nicely renovated with a good feeling, but the equipment is a little bit too basic.

Nice, but not exciting

If you're looking for good quality, friendly self-catering accomodation, this place is ideal. It's situated a short uphill walk from the town in a quiet residential area (take a map to find it!) and about a 15 minute walk to Cikat beach. The landlady is extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us maps and tips on where to go. Our apartment was on the top floor and had a large dining/living room, decent-sized bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen area was very small (double hob, kettle and fridge) but was fine for what we needed. There's a large supermarket ~2 minutes walk away. The apartment had some nice decorative touches which made it feel homely without being kitsch. They advertise a fancy multi-jet shower unit which was a bit of a disappointment as the water pressure is pretty low but it was quite entertaining. Overall I would certainly go back here for the wonderfully warm welcome and a spacious, comfy apartment.
