The location is excellent, you cross the road and you are on the long sea of Malinska a few steps from the harbour. New and neat structure. Nice and discreet staff. Furniture of the new and modern monolocal. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Large very spacious closet and also the safety box. Great cleaning. Every two days they came to vacuum the dust from the floor and change towels. Every day they removed the garbage trash from the room. In tribute to their two bottles. Very convenient parking. They also pay with euros, but only cash. Our was a monolocal with a double bed and a single storage bed. For those who think cooking is a typology of small storage, because the wine is not really diffused, so it's not very crisp, so there's no air conditioning or air conditioning in the apartment.

Beautiful location, two steps from the sea and from the centre. Parking with rooftop and a remote control gate. Large, new and super-accessory room, with balcony overlooking the sea. Everything is fine, including the wine offered by the kind lady at the reception: two bottles, a white and a red one of their production, delivered to us in the room and both very good. After this beautiful experience of two nights at the beginning of the holiday, we decided to book here the last two days of our tour in Croatia, so we booked a room for another two nights, which the lady at the reception marked on the booking register, without requiring a heads up. A week before arrival, we sent a confirmation email to which they replied in the first place. Unfortunately, we received our first two days, but we did not find the direct way to book our accommodation, but we felt that the booking recommendation was to book our first time, but we did not find the first place where we could book our first time.

It would have been perfect, but...

We stayed for three nights in April. The apartment is all new, tastefully furnished. We appreciated the fact that it is warm. Very bright with a beautiful view of the sea. Just outside there is the road to the sea. They welcomed us with two good bottles of wine from their production. Every day cleaning and changing towels. Really nice place!

Very comfortable and modern apartments. We stayed in very well equipped apartments. Everything was very clean. We arrived in the evening, and the place was a little difficult to find, and the registration was already closed. But overall, it is a very good place to relax, and the owners are very friendly, so I highly recommend it!

Apartments can be recommended for single travelers as well as families.

Friendly boarding house on the coast of Malinska

A gorgeous house with new, stylish rooms. Everything is and smells clean. The price is affordable. The beach is one minute away, there is enough shadow for everybody. The sea is warm and the city vibe is great.
The owners are really nice too. And you get a welcome bottle of their high quality wine. Defenitely coming back!

Love it!

We visited Frajona Apartments in May 2014. We are family with 3 kids. We were positively surprised by the Studio Superior, which was big enough for our big family. :) It was very clean, comfort, the stuff was so friendly and helpful. Location is near the centre of Malinska, private (guarded) parking place - you can go everywhere by foot. You should also try their welcome drink - home made wine (free of charge as welcome surprise). 
I would it highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation

I didn't stay in the hotel, because even though we had booked 3 nights (in February!) for August, in July we receive a cold email (call no? maybe when you know you're wrong..) saying that for August they were full and that if we wanted they would have found us a new accommodation (but not the one we had seen the photos of). The little behavior is self-evident.
