We stayed in room 2, with front window and balcony running along the side with views over world heritage town, stunning! And a stroll to. The heritage town and sights. We had a fabulous welcome and were offered breakfast at €12 euros pp which we didn't take up. It is slightly noisy with the road in front and flight path above but that shouldn't be a concern as adds atmosphere and didn't worry us. Balcony offered sunset views.  The hosts gave us some cutlery for our 2 night stay and were there to make our stay as comfortable as possible.  We had a car and they  got us a parking space when needed. A perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.. we had a fridge in the room.  

Fabulous stay such easy walking access to the world  heritage town

Our family of four took two rooms at Villa Tudor for a night. And our friends took two other rooms. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until all the rooms were ready.  The rooms were clean with air conditioning and comfortable beds.  While Tudor is across the bridge from the old city of Trogir that is a bonus as the views across the water to the boats and the city are incredible!  You are on the road and there are some bars/cafes outside but the walls are thick and with the windows closed the noise was barely noticeable. The hotel is run by a family with deep roots in Trogir and is named after the owner's son, Tudor, who speaks fluent English and was tremendously helpful - he even carried all our luggage to the second floor (note - there is no elevator, stairs only).  In the morning they served us a fresh cooked breakfast with coffee and juice for 7 euros/person.  Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Our Pals and us stayed for 2 nites..What a good hotel is this.Well situated,across the river opposite the main tourist town.A family run hotel,where they can't do enough to help you.Clean rooms.Big enough for a short stay...Highly recommended.

Wonderful family run hotel in a fantastic location (although bear in mind that there are a number of rooms and the hotel is spread across multiple locations, so make sure you get the room that you want - Marija the hotel owner was very helpful in pointing this out and taking care to make sure we got the right room, which was fantastic). The hotel is directly opposite the old town with a wonderful view across the bridge; it's about 4 minutes walk to get across to Old Trogir. Location couldn't be better. Bear in mind that it is on a road and in the high season the area gets busy - for me this was very welcome after the long months of lockdown, but there is a little bit of noise - this was not in any way excessive though and is perfectly normal for any town centre hotel.

Rooms are set out a little bit like air bnb with a small kitchen (it's possible to cook, at least in our room), large fridge, pots and pans, etc. Room was perfectly clean and very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the old town (not all rooms have this). Parking is available but might be a bit limited - in my case Marija's son very kindly picked me up from the airport. 

Location is fine with a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance, the ferry quay to Split about 3 minutes walk, and the old town directly in sight. Beaches are walkable in about 20 mins (maybe a little less) or driveable in about 5 mins or less.

Excellent place and highly recommended - the only reason to drop a star from my rating is because value wise, it was a little expensive; this was the high season however and availability was at a premium. (One tip about Trogir - book everything ahead, it gets extremely busy in the summer!!)

Lovely welcoming place, fantastic location

Perfect stay in Trogir, at walking distance from the Bridge to the old town. 100% clean, equal to a 5* hotel. Snow White towels, desinfected toilet etc. Comfortable bed, cotton bedlinen. Polite and friendly owner/staff. Room  design is exciting. Parking possibility at front of the building. Highly recommend them!

Awesome view, perfeclty clean!

We stayed here 2 separate nights (on our way in and out of the area) and had a great stay both times. Our hosts were SO very kind and friendly. They were very helpful with boat schedules, parking, and recommendations. The nicely appointed, air conditioned rooms were very clean and comfortable, and both had wonderful views of the harbor. Breakfast was great - fresh cooked eggs with a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, coffee and juice - well worth the small additional cost. We highly recommend this charming hotel!

Wonderful Hosts

This was a last minute booking to get near Split airport before a storm passed through, so our expectations for just one night were modest.
This is the best B&B room we've stayed in anywhere abroad, although comments only on room as we opted out of breakfast.
We were in room 2 on 1st floor, with a direct view on to the old city, it also had a balcony for a wider vista of the old buildings across the narrow water. The room was immaculately clean, exceptionally tasteful in decoration and fittings, with a nautical blue theme on bedding [very comfortable], wall and bathroom, with one feature wall of exposed stone. The room comes with wifi, aircon and double glazed doors & windows, an excellent shower and lovely soft towels in the same themed design. 
Would heartily recommend this little gem and the lovely town of Trogir.

Little Gem

This quiet little walk-up right on the harbor road is charming, perfectly located and run by a really kind and attentive family. I would definitely recommend Villa Tudor for anyone visiting Trogir (and you really should visit Trogir).

Great "penthouse" room for our last night in Croatia

This modest independent hotel had 5 rooms and an apartment and was run by a welcoming and friendly family who were able to give us the personal touch. All rooms had gorgeous views of the marina with its yachts, schooners and boats which would come and go, a line of palm trees and the bars, restaurants and street entertainment. The hotel was close enough to the buzz (3 mins walk over the bridge) but far enough away for some peace. There are numerous cash points, a supermarket and 24hr bakeries nearby if you want breakfast on the go for an early excursion. There were also a handful of quieter bars and a very good restaurant (next to Havana Bar) on the quiet side of the marina if the crowds on the marina or within the narrow cobbled streets beyond the city walls were all too much. The room itself had a clean bathroom with shower, a deep fridge suitable for bottles of water, a tv with Freeview (incl. English radio stations), air-con and free WiFi. Breakfast was pleasant and was served with a smile. The only negative I could give on the Villa Tudor is that there was no lift for the two flights of stairs but then I doubt lifts exist in any hotels or apartments within the region. 
Tips: If heading to the beach, avoid taxis who are out to rip you off. You’ll pay 1000/1500Kn (£12-18) for a 5 min taxi ride but 20Kn (£1.80) each for a nicer 15 min ride on one of the boat taxis from Trogir to Okrug (running every 15mins from the marina). Also, the restaurants on the beach front are cheaper to eat in than the ones on the marina and in the city. 
Split airport to Trogir is about 15 mins on the no.37 bus from the roadside and on the return, from Trogir bus stop. It cost 13Kn (£1.20) per person each way. Alternatively the taxi from the airport was negotiated to €10. Taxis and hotels will accept both Kuna and Euros.

Authentically Croatian and Perfectly Located

Immaculate room, great soundproofing and air conditioning, and wonderfully helpful owner. Great view over old town and harbour. 
Town was a revelation, and 2 minutes walk away. 
Parking had been reserved for us right outside the hotel.
