In the apartment, the shower had only cold water, the shower was not mounted on the wall and had a non functioning fridge. 

Treatment from the owner was poor. He was very rude, aggressive and often sworn at us instead of trying to communicate. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had on a holiday, feeling unwelcome and not looked after from the off.

7 days Holiday

Location is situated in the middle of nowhere, almost feels like you're staying in a third world village. The reception staff are nothing but RUDE...I politely asked why our hot water was not working for use of the shower, to which the man at reception laughed and shut the door in our face(s)- claiming he did not understand one word of our language or had no intention to translate. No kettle, hairdryer microwave etc which is everyday essential items, which was also STATED would be available in the room. No privacy as reception staff thought it was 'okay' to walk in and out of our apartment. Bed sheets smelt as well as the couch, and fridge was all rusty. Room was full of flies and we also found a HUGE cockroach in the living area!!!!!!!! Shower full of mould and hot water barely worked. Door had a hole in it from previous guests. Everything was dark wood which made the place dark and claustrophobic (see pictures). Used this accommodation for hideout festival and will certainly not be returning. Worst stay ever as stated by other reviewers, just avoid at all costs!!! Not worth a penny.

Doors not openining or closing
Paint falling off 
Water leaking, garbage all over the place. Not even a knife in the kitchen so there goes the possibility of suicide 😂

Hostin Gajac(Novalja) Apartment-SCAM

We were more than twenty friends during our stay in these appartments during one week, this is our feeling about this place:

- Absolutely no room service (we don't ask for much, but somethings like changing the available towel every two or three days could be a great start) 

- no WI-FI connection and it's publicly said on the web site that a wifi network is available, so an enormous lie here! 

- 5 peoples on these appartments are a little bit too much, there is only one real bed and bedroom with 2 places, the others just have to sleep on a low quality sofa bed that break for almost no reason (bye bye your 100$ deposit for this 50$ sofa bed) 

- only one key available by appartments 

- good air conditioner

- There is a mix between families that come here to rest and young people that go to Zrce to party all night long, so both part have to do some sacrifice... 

We don't ask that much, but... 

Firstly, the appartement is in a small village (Gajac) where there's practically nothing to do.
No service during the week (no change of bedsheets)
Not able to make noise after 22:00.
Beds where broken,...
A/C works well.
