B&B convenient to the services of Novi Vinodolski, clean, but somewhat to be cleaned up and to put a visible sign, because you do not know where to enter; the owner Mrs Ana is very kind, good breakfast.

The B&B is located just out of the center of Vinodolski. It offers a few rooms and a nice parking space. Quite gentle welcoming, but the room cleaningness and decore really need to be improved. Also quality and variety of the breakfast should be better considering the price paid. Save on the wine offered in the fridge and invest on the linen

To be gentle is not enough

We came from Novi Vinodolski to stay 2 nights and then resume our journey to Montenegro. When we arrived Ana welcomed us with great warmth and also with a nice fresh fruit juice. The property is in the center of the village and a few steps from the sea. On our return we thought we would return but unfortunately everything is complete!

I strongly advise

Located downtown, we were greeted with a friendly welcome, and just as a thunderstorm was going on, we could borrow three umbrellas. The rooms are big, with a super terrace, a bit old-fashioned. We were just on the road - it was perfect for that!

Simple and heartfelt

The room is very essential but for 22 euros a night with a very abundant breakfast what can you expect? Besides, the owner was very kind, welcomed us at 1 in the morning! The terrace with sea view is very nice and the location 2 steps from the center and the beach is absolutely convenient!

Good quality price

Positive: The owner greeted us very kindly with beer and liquor. We were able to park our motorcycle right in front of our room. In total, during our stay there were 4 other motorcyclists staying in the house. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Breakfast was served on the upper terrace with the other guests. Negative: The bed had no lattice rust, the mattress was thin and the bed snapped at every move. The air conditioning didn't really work and was noisy, so we turned it off. Bathroom and toilet needed to be modernized.

Good location and popular with motorcyclists

The guest house is located only a 4 minute walk from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the city centre.

The hostess is kind and welcomed us with beer, lemonade or liqueur whichever we preferred. 

The place itself has a fridge and a separated toilet and bathroom. Its also air conditioned.

The shower is not in a great condition but it still functions and the place is clean.

Nice guest house with airco

location of the guesthouse is great, near to the sea and the city center. we had a studio with a huge terrace with a view on the sea. room is equipped with old, massive furniture (not in the best condition), it also has a tiny tv, little fridge, hair dryer and 2 plates for cooking, air conditioner (which is also suitable for heating). price was very fair, so we did not expect much. the only minus I would have to point out is cleanliness, there were few spiders in the room, plus one towel was not clean. also, the wifi had a very bad signal on the terrace - you could use it only in room.

ok for this money

Very friendly and helpful hostess. Extremely good and rich breakfast. With plenty of choice, there were still extra services offered, but we didn't take advantage of the already large crowd. You could have breakfast outside on the porch with a partial sea view. Everything clean, equipped with everything you need. Parking right in front of the accommodation. Overall good price ratio.

Good price-performance, close to the sea

Fab host who gave a truly hospitable welcome.  The rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need, a hairdryer and fridge are provided.  The guest house is very close to both the centre of the town and the beach.  Breakfast was amazing for the price so much to choose from and included cooked option.  Not for you if you want luxury but if you want true local hospitality and a down to earth welcome an ideal choice.  We only had one night for a longer stays I would choose one of the apartments rather than a room.
