The room was large, the single beds moderately comfortable.  Our window overlooked the deck of the restaurant; with the windows open, the sound of the music and people talking might bother some.  Food was very good; breakfast in particular was great:  they did a big plate of eggs and ham and also served cold cuts, bread, jams and spreads, etc.  The view from the restaurant and deck are lovely; the river here is slow and calm, very peaceful.  Ample parking, can also walk along the river edge.  Great value for the money.

Peaceful stop along the river, good food, great value.

We were driving between cities and needed a break.  We spied Motel Dobra across the valley and called in.  Welcome was warm, service friendly and so helpful.  Coffee was excellent and the toasted cheese and ham sandwiches were the biggest, fattest and among the most delicious we have ever eaten.  No exaggeration!  We needed two cups of coffee each to go with them.  The setting is very picturesque and peaceful.  A great decision to stop there!

Would really recommend the mixed meat for 2 people together with home made potatoes with bacon and onions and some local craft beer. We were really surprised how tasty it was.. The price was also OK.
Really nice place at the riverside.

Great dinner

Great view near the river, we were just passing by for drinks and dessert. Generally it could be cool to spend more time there and to try to have a lunch. We didn't use the hotel for the night so this is only the review for the restaurant.

Great view

Our most favoured place on the old road towards Rijeka. The staff is professional, kind and friendly in the same time.There is a lot of parking space in the shade. You can walk your dog along river Dobra and keep it on the terrace while having lunch or refreshment. The view on the river and trees is very calming. Very clean, nothing fancy, good old way.

Just great

In case you choose to take the old road to the coast, you can stop here for a relaxing break (to drink or eat): place is located near peaceful river Dobra, it is clean, well organized, waitresses are fast and friendly. We have only had a drink there, but I could smell some nice smells from the kitchen so you can probably eat a decent meal here as well.

Relaxing coffee break 

Great location, plenty of parking. The property was a little hard to find as the address is not a definitive street address and more of a locality so our GPS got us close and we had to ask for directions but we got there. The river is wonderful and we had a swim there.  The staff we had contact with, especially the lady who was doing everything, and we mean everything, was excellent. The restaurant was very good and had a good range of local meals. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this property.
