Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 nights this august. The view is SO beautiful and the water very clear. A few (actually quite a lot of them) stairs down there is a small stone beach with a bar and free sunchairs. There’s also a small pool if you don’t prefer the sea. Everything was clean, calm and relaxing during our stay. The only thing that you have to be careful of is the stairs: they are very long. It’s good exercise and we didn’t really mind it, but maybe if you’re hurt or something I would recommend a more comfortable place. 

However, the staff was friendly and most of the employees knows english. The rooms are clean but very basic. Offers coffee filters and toilet paper. Free wi-fi, free cleaning at the end of your stay and free parking lot/garage. No iron. I would really recommend to rent a car if you’re staying here. It is a 10 minute drive to the town of Omis and maybe 1h drive to Split. 

If you want a calm, beautiful and relaxing place to stay at; this is it! There were no partying teens when we were here, only families keeping to themselves. 

Quiet and beautiful visit

Nice view from the room, and you can access the beach downstairs. Umbrella and deck chair are complementary and their is a small place where you can have a drink. Very nice owner. One drawback are the stairs, do not forget something in your car, or you are up for a long ride.

Very good if you are not afraid to climb stairs

I stayed with a friend for a week in one of the apartments closest to the Beach - the apartment is well equipped, wifi is very good. Staff is very helpful, Shopping possibilities an restaurants nearby. The stairs (250 in total!) need to be considered --- I liked them as an exercise but they can be daunting! Bar at the Beach which is a nice plus. I very much enjoyed my stay as you can get away from the otherwise very busy coast and villages and road! Very nice experience.

Great place to relax - mind the stairs!

The first shock is the sea view. You will be never tire of it. It`s marvelous. Sea is quiet like lake in the morning. You have several possibilities to enter the sea, many small beaches. Because there is no sand or small stones, water is almost always very clear. Deckchairs and sunshades are at no cost. Bar at the beach.
Apartments are clear, nice and modern. Good wifi signal also speed. Helpful staff.
The second shock are steps, because of the height difference between the road and the sea. But this is something you can used to it, or take it like small daily excercise ;)

Well prices at the bar could be cheaper. Not to have it as additional income but as a service to guests.

Double shock

We are a family of 4, had and apartment with 2 rooms (one queen bed, one single bed, 1 sofa-bed). The beds are good quality, the unit is clean. The "resort" his built in a very steep hill, have about 20 rooms in 8 levels: if you have mobility problems, choose something else. Very good view to see, private small beach. Minus: the towels are minimal, no style. The wifi is excellent. 

Excellent view, good bed, but some ...

Wonderful view to the ocean from balcony. The rooms are clean and modern. Air conditioning works well and the beds are comfortable. Wifi works well in the room and also on the beach.

You can easily prepare your own meal in the room kitchen (store only few minutes walk away from the hotel), and you can buy soft drinks and toast from beach bar.

The host family is lovely, but they don´t speak any English. If you know a few words of German, you'll do great.

The hotel is located on a steep slope. Stairs are narrow and steep, so this hotel is not suitable for disabled people or toddlers.
