The host Edi was super welcoming, helpful and dealt with any questions we had. We gave to us welcome meal and homemade croissants. 

 Location is amazing, aparment is clean and decorated. All recommends !!! See you soon

Amazing apartment and host 👍🏻

Booked this apartment on a well known booking site and immediately after booking was receiving an e mail from Edvard the owner thanking us for booking. Edvard goes above and beyond what is required. He emailed to tell us he would collect us from the airport as part of the service.The apartment is more than adequate. It has a small kitchen area and fridge plus air conditioning.Edvard took time to show us maps of the area ,recommending some restaurants,which we tried and they were all excellent. Edvard is available all the time if you have any issues . The apartment is approx 5 mins from beach, restaurants and bars. If you go to this apartment you will not regret it. We will be going back soon

Perfect from beginning to end of holiday

Our stay in Villa Canaria could not have been better with the beach, restaurants, bus stop, supermarket all within easy walking distance. Our host Edvard was very helpful even arranging transfers to and from Pula airport. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and modern with excellent wifi.

Superb 2 week stay 10/10

Bedroom made up of a bed with ant-worm veil (including dead insects and a living spider), two non-functioning lamps, bad reception and I also found the walls with stains.

Single room

Dirty room with walls and stained windows, cleaning and changing sheets or towels every 3 days. TV and wifi not working. Same price for an apartment but only with room and bathroom.

Weight

I would have no hesitation of recommending this apartment or staying here again in the future.

Edvard was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us maps and marking on them places we might want to visit or might be handy.

The location is superb, with private parking available and only a couple minutes walk from the beach. (Not even 5) there is a information place where you can change money, small grocery shop and a nice cafe all within 2 minutes, and a range of restaurants within a short walk too.

The apartment was lovely. We were in 6b on the top floor which has 2 great balconies with great views. One is a little more shaded and has a table and chairs so is good too sit and have a meal.

The apartment is quite large, very nicely decorated, and has everything you might need. (Even a bottle opener)

If you are thinking of going to Pula, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Excellent accommodation and location

I booked this apartment after reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed. The owner, Edvard, went out of his way to help with much useful advice and assistance. He gave us maps and bus timetables and information about local restaurants ( definitely go to the Lanterna and Oasi ). The apartment was clean and spacious with balconies to the rear and front of the property, so you could sit in the sun or get shade if you wanted! It was situated about 5 minutes walk from a small bay and harbour where there are several tavernas and cafes. The local shop for bread etc., was also only about 5 minutes away. The area is served by a local bus service for travelling into Pula, where there is a bus station for other locations. Pula has some ancient Roman ruins and would recommend the red bus tour to get an insight into the town. We also went to Rovinj - a lovely town ( change buses at Pula). You must also go to the Brijuni National Park - taxi to Fazana, then boat trip across to the islands.

Lovely Quiet Location

We have now stayed here in Pješcana Uvala (a gem of a place only 1km from Pula) in consecutive years. We were extremely pleased with the value for money/location/accommodation at Villa Canaria first time round that we decided to stay again and it didn't disappoint. The host Edvard made every effort to make out stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and is prepared to go beyond the call of duty to look after his guests. We will certainly be staying here hopefully for many years to come based on our past experiences!
 

Excellent host, Great Stay

Villa Canaria is located in a quiet and quiet location suitable for those who want to relax. The owner is very kind and available. A real source of information for any need. Sure to come back. Wi-Fi available in all locations.

Villa Canaria - ideal place for a holiday
